Dunkin'

I think it would be obvious how people can tell when a restaurant is corporate owned vs a franchise. Of course things are going to be chaotic, and that's the best part of coming here. The donuts are first come first serve but there's always tomorrow if they're missing the donut I want. The staff is very young and I'm pretty sure this is a lot of their first jobs, completely understandable how they're figuring out how the world works. People can be mean and nasty and thankfully for this crew, they know not to take disrespect from randoms. Keep up the good work

So Great. So Amazing. I would give them my whole paycheck if i could. The way they take their time and put their whole soul into their food amazes me everytime. Dont even get me started on the customer service. These are the sweetest most attentive kindest souls i have ever met. They are always so polite and so caring. If i could give them 100 stars i would. Everyone at this location deserves a raise.

We experienced a minor glitch in getting our complete dine-in order, but the staff were quick to make it right.

Kayla and Arion has the most outstanding customer service compared to any Dunkin I’ve been to! They were both amazing when it came to catering to my needs and getting my order out fast and on time. They were both polite and such a joy to the environment! I will continue to go to this location because of their wonderful service Dunkin’ needs more employees like them.

Nice and clean new location with great curb appeal. Happy, friendly staff and a really great-tasting iced coffee. Looking forward to my next visit!

So I put in a mobile order at 5:30 this morning. AM. It was 2 dozen pumpkin donuts for my kiddos class to be picked up at 1:30 pm. Apparently the app doesn’t send the crew the order when it’s out in put rather at the time of pick. It’s just insane that corporate does this to their employees. So my order wasn’t prepared and there were even enough to cover my order. Tone of the girls got to making them ASAP. She was so nice and helpful. I needed them at the school by 2pm. She worked so hard to get them done. It’s just ridiculous to put them under that stress when all of this can be prevented by simply sending mobile orders in when placed so the crew can be ready and organized , not caught off guard.

It was very good, I don't usually like donuts but they have flavors that I adore. My family was a little bummed they ran out of glazed donuts, but that isn't their fault. I work fast food too and I know it happens sometimes. Also, they always make my coffee very good and exactly how I order it. Will definetly keep coming back.

The staff here is always friendly and strive to ensure customers get exactly what they want. I usually get something from there a couple of times a week and they have never made a mistake.

Review based by morning experience. Staff is friendly, courteous and upbeat. Store is clean and organized. Good place for morning meetup. Food is more of a variety with results. Some mornings food items are not warm/hot enough before consumption. Others seem to be incomplete with quality such as hash browns or bacon. Otherwise when in good order, the food is delicious as always. Love the expanded coffee options by the tap.

Everytime I go the coffee is great, my order is correct, and the food is hot. Line moves fast unlike that joke of a coffee store next door thats all blue and looks like it was designed by Papa Smurf. Go there if you want to wait in line all day. Go to Dunkin if you want a fast and good coffee. I also think Dunkin makes some pretty good food. Also it is from the northeast unlike that other overpriced chain with the green lady on the symbol from the north west. There was this one time though where the girls at this Dunkin didnt know what drip coffee was and I had to explain it… I felt like I was playing an unwarranted game of sherades trying to explain drip coffee to a barista… The real reason I go though, is because there is this SUPER beautiful and smart girl that works there that im so in love with. I hope one day she takes my order.

The wife and I stopped in for breakfast. The wife had a couple of donuts and mini filled bagels and i had two egg, cheese and sausage crossaints with two orders of hash browns. You can never go wrong with Dunkin!

I’ve been here more than a few times and each time has been great! They have been busy most times I’ve visited which is awesome, the baristas are cranking the drinks out quickly and efficiently. Drive the us moves pretty fast especially if you’ve ordered ahead through the mobile ap.

When you choose walk in from the DD ap, there’s a special desk for pickups in case you weren’t sure(I wasn’t the first time and ended up standing in line until the employee told me).

My mom lost her debit card in the store an a male employee I forgot his name however he is honest employee he kept my moms debit card an gave it back to her we didn't get to personally thank him but because he was working in the back, but thanx to him she got her card, thank you sir, an may God Bless You 🙌 he was working the evening shift with 2 females this happen today 1/10/2023 I'm sorry I forgot your name. For a first timer at Dunkin as an ex barista/customer at Starbucks, this location went above and beyond with my iced coffee orders.
I mobile ordered ahead of time so I wouldn’t be too much of a nuisance figuring out the proper way to order from them since it’s slightly different from Starbucks.
The black woman (I’m assuming the manager based on her uniform) was absolutely sweet and helpful when I reentered to ask her how I could make my drink sweeter. I ordered it to standard but she gave me a side of the caramel swirl.
She also took the time to help me figure out what would be sweeter for my future orders.

I felt that I should leave this here for anyone turned off by the cranky reviewers and because people are more likely to boast about a bad experience over a great one.

I am now a changed woman and will definitely frequent Dunkin over Starbucks. Thanks so much again for turning my first experience into a long-standing loyalty!

Donuts are the most important food group. As a Stars fan I was happy to see Dallas Stars logos on their masks today. This location always has the donuts and coffee i want. If it was closer to my house i would probably go everyday!!

I've only been there once and was impressed with everything about it. It was clean, the service was friendly and fast. The coffee and donuts were fresh and sooo soft.
My husband stops every day and brings home a different kind of expresso. I'm always surprised with what he brings and never disappointed. I wish it was closer to my hous!

Well all I can say is OMFG! No really! This isn't my grandparents Duncan. This is a coffee shop! I love that 😍 coffee so much 😍❤ I bought two bags to make at home. They know me by name now cause I stop every morning and I feel like these are people I would invite to my house. Love this ❤❤❤ place!

Outstanding!!! I was full on Starbucks until this place opened up a few weeks ago. I stop here for great coffee EVERY DAY and am very satisfied with fast service and good attitude from young people that you don't see these days
