The UPS Store

This UPS store is like no other. Prompt, professional and very courteous. The staff is amazing and treats you like family. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my postal needs!

The workers here are so polite and helpful, they always go the extra mile!! I love coming in here and talking with them when I get my mail and if packages haven’t been checked in yet they are so sweet and get them for me!! Truly amazing customer service!!

The employee was so nice and gave us good information on next time delivery because we went to Walmart they stopped I didn't know and me and my husband sent stuff to our grand baby in GA so this helped us out alot thank you for the smiles and good customer service

I am shocked by all the negative reviews especially the weight shaming. I have used this establishment a couple of times and there are times when they are very busy and they can’t stop to chat if they did there would be negative reviews about that. They didn’t create the policies or guidelines, their job is to follow them.

My experience today… all of the employees greeted me, my wait time was minimal, he completed my documents in a timely manner. I will continue to do business here.

Fantastic service every time! I had to mail out Christmas cookies and needed help knowing the best way to mail them. Mal took her time and packaged 6 different boxes for me and made sure they had air-cells and fragile stickers. The packages arrive before Christmas and not ONE cookie was broken! Thanks so much for helping me continue on my Christmas cookie tradition from out of state. I know it was a chore to package all those boxes but I appreciate the time and attention to detail.

I have used this store for years for several different needs. During one of the most difficult times in my life, I needed some important documents printed out. Amanda, who couldn't help seeing what they were as they were being printed, treated me with the utmost compassion and wasn't a UPS worker for a moment- she was just a caring person. She didn't know me and that didn't matter. I've came in there since then when she didn't even recognize who I was and I've seen her be the same genuine and courteous person that she's always been time and time again.

I went to this location today. I don't know the names of the individuals working there but they were nice, funny, professional and pleasant to talk to. I was able to interact with 3 of the 4 people who were there around 6pm. Just very nice and helpful people. Made me feel like I was talking to friends VS just people behind a counter.

Ive been mailing through ups for a long time. I prefer them over usps. It seems like every time I go into the store my mind blanks and its like the first time I've ever shipped because there are so many different options and ways to ship items. Even on my good days helping me is like helping a child. Everyone at the store is helpful but Amanda has always been extra helpful I have been a customer of hers at several places and she has always been great. It's a relief to walk in and see her

We had to get some package since back at store 1264 in Statesville NC the store is always busy> The young lady Amanda is always goes above and beyond to help. She know her business and is very profession. She works quickly for also makes you feel like you are her only customer. Thank you

I have been to this establishment a few times for both mailing products or notary in which I can express the professionalism and the manner in which my business was handled. As I read some of the reviews it appalls me that some people would use their ethnicity as an excuse because they didn't get their way due to the fact of the policies that UPS makes the employer and employees uphold . I am a Hispanic male and have been treated with the upmost respect when I have visited this establishment, in hindsight keep up the good work and do not let one bad apple make a bad name for the rest of us .

Always polite and helpful customer service representatives

I have been going to this store for about 2 1/2 years. I don't have a complaint only complements. I have been sick, going through something. I can pull up and the works can tell it is one of my bad days, they meet me at the door with my mail, know me by name, always smiling, and asking how I'm doing. When I had neck surgery they show concern. This is the best UPS STORE I have ever been to. From my heart I want to say thank you for being so kind to me. Again, Thank you!

I went into the store thursday the 20th. The 2 ladies were trying to fix a computer and still managed to help customer promptly and professionally, despite having tec issues they were both very humble and apologized for a little wait time.

Excellent service! We needed a notary so we went here to the UPS store since they were open and available. We were helped by a young lady named Jessica. It was fairly quick and easy and she was so kind and patient with us!

Thankful for kind, caring, and respectful people. I have hated Covid19 with having medical issues and unable to wearing a mask without panicking. They treated me kindly and no different than anyone else while other stores will all but stone you. Thanks guys for being kind.

Had an amazon return yesterday. Quick and friendly service. Would return here for all of my future returns.
