Tom was so wonderful trying to find a product for Us! He went above & beyond! And, Richard was so helpful in giving Us some info! They both had such a fabulous attitude! Such wonderful customer service in this store!

I went to Ace after doing a bunch of research on what pellet grill I wanted to get. Richard our Ace associate that assisted us not only educated me even further with some support from one of his regular customers Mark they apparently know each other well as Mark is probably in Ace every day being a senior citizen. Mark was great brand ambassador and Richard not only was super positive informative but he upsold me from the $699 on sale Traeger Pro to a much bigger Traeger with WiFi capabilities to connect to the App which the app is a game changer . I left being upsold to a $1,480 purchase with a smarter pellet grill and all the accessories a man could want. Richard the Ace employee is a shining example of what you want out of an employee. Very kind professional and knowledgeable. Ace is the place.

I was just browsing around while my kids were at the mall.
Hardly any customers and plenty of young staff there keeping themselves busy. Very nice kids and helpful. Bathroom was awesome clean and they had a filtered water dispenser by the restrooms.
Clean and up to date store. They had all the little twerky items you can't find at the big box stores.

I didn't know Ace Hardware had such big stores. it was amazing to discover. only took me 41 years, but hey, better late than never.

place was super clean and staffed appropriately. everyone was smiling and cleaning and laughing. I was told the correct location of the plumbing aisles and quickly found what I was looking for.

walked up to one register and three in line. quickly a second register opened up for us and we were all helped quickly. I had an exchange to make and it was a smooth process.

I highly recommend this location.

I rented a carpet cleaner and I guess the kid who inspected it overlooked the dog hair clogging up the bottom of the machine. Having to clean it out before I could use it was not pleasant. When I brought it back they refunded my deposit and the rental charge. It was not necessary, but that is customer service. Thank you!

I have looked for over a year for a pipe dope crayon and they had it. I have found several items there that are not available anywhere else. I love to go in there and go up and down every aisle. A real man's candy store.

Sometimes it's nice to go to a bit smaller hardware store, somehow Ace seems to have easier to find and more options than their competitors in certain categories. Found some lawn care products easily and for a good price that I had difficulty finding anywhere else locally.

Only store I use for what I need. Plus they carry the pecan logs. I can make divinity but I don't have to as long as they keep the pecan logs in stock. Great store very helpful folks.

After four stops at the mega stores and no luck we found our much needed piece at ACE. Friendly service and large selection of hardware items as well as home items, grills, patio and garden. If you can't find it - make sure this is your first stop!

Every time that I have gone here, they have had exactly the part or tool that I've needed. The staff is always helpful and greets you when you walk in the door and points you towards what aisle you need without having to hunt all over the store. Also, it being a smaller store and not a giant hardware center like Lowe's or Home Depot means that you can walk in, get what you need, and get out without having to walk 5 miles to get there. So far, it has been very nice for quick little hardware expeditions when I've been in a crunch. Would recommend.

Awesome Canning supplies carried at ACE. Had everything we needed.

They let us come in and shop even though they were going to close in 3 minutes. Thank goodness they did because we were in the middle of a project and had run out of painter's tape. They directed us to the painters tape, we grabbed some and headed out. In and out in two minutes. Helpful and kind staff.

Visited store in search of a new gas grill. Tom showed me a Char-Broil model that suited my needs perfectly. Needed it as soon as possible but their delivery schedule was booked several day in advance. I am disabled and a veteran so Shannon offered to deliver it tomorrow at no charge. Great job guys, your extra effort is sincerely appreciated!

I never go to Ace Hardware but I work in property management and needed to find a fuse for our Ozone Machine this morning.
Chad, one of the Managers helped me do so this morning and his customer service was exceptional. He truly represents that store well. I will definitely be going back to this store next time I'm in need of anything.

I wasn't sure where to find the items I was looking for. I was able to ask a worker and he found it. I even asked if it matched the size bolt I had and he said "sure, I'll check it" and it was the right size. The cashier up front was also pollite. It was a good shopping experience. Thank you Ace.

Ace is especially good for hard to find items like replacements for outdoor halogen lamps that are hard to find. Their web page is very helpful. My last purchase there was a propane tank exchange. They had plenty in stock.

Excellent customer service, very helpful employees. This store have all the hard to find brass fitting for propan connections.

Always, always helpful and friendly. They are so much better than the big box stores because of their service, knowledge and availability of items both commonplace and unique. The prices are good too.
Plus you can zip in and zip out parking right at the door.
