Austin is awesome! Went to Joplin, Mo Rangeline location they were rude and unhelpful told me just to call customer service. Went to Miami, Ok location and Austin took care of everything. Miami Ok store is always great!! Professional, kind and patient!! Way to go Miami, Ok US Cellular!!

The guys that work there are awesome and make you feel right at home. They worked on getting the best phone for my daughter without breaking the bank!!! I would definitely recommend their store

I went back in today, first time in 4 years, after a bad experience.
The lady that helped us today was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Made the whole experience pleasant!
