Ross Dress for Less

I found a big difference in this newer, cleaner and much more friendly location than the "other" Ross store on Hilltop old K-mart center. People here actually asked if I needed help, which I did and smiled. I'd go back instead of the older one!!

Always find amazing stuff here! I’m a big guy so 3xl isn’t that easy to find. This place makes it me wonder why they don’t have a big and tall section! Please keep me in mind if you do!

I remember going there several years ago and it always looks like a bomb went off in there, or tornado or something. Looked like people were trying on clothes in the fitting rooms and if the item didn't fit I think they just threw it across the store. LOL but it's organized and clean now. Employees and staff we're friendly. It's safe to go back now!

This Ross is definitely more organized than the central Redding one. Not as much product, but easier to look around. Will probably make this my main shop from now on. So much easier to find things.

Astounding customer service as of late! I usually come to the store in the late afternoons/evenings and recently ran into a cashier named Jenny over the past few weeks who has been incredibly kind and informative every time I see her in store. Jenny is unbelievably sweet and does not treat me like a "nuisance" or "job" as many other cashier's do and I will continue bringing my business here in the future. Store itself is relatively clean and well organized, I highly recommend visiting in afternoons and evenings as opposed to early mornings if you are looking for quality customer service.

Love this store. By far my favorite. Good brand. Cheapest prices. Great staff. But, I have been at Ross Dress For Less in 12 of their stores o in 8 states, and lived them all.

I was very pleased with the personal, polite service. I will shop at Ross for less since they care about there customers. Unlike some other similar retail stores that allow massive shoplifting and not the safety of there paying customers.

I love this new store! I spent one hour and found $500 of just clothing and shoes. I found 6 pairs of new shoes including Steve Madden wedges, old school Pumas with a new twist, blowfish slip ons, platform Roxy's, BOC classic criss cross strap sandals! A new Levi Strauss light peach jean jacket I absolutely love. And many new awesome pieces for work and casual. Then I get to the register there was a problem with my card! The ladies that work there were patient, kind and just awesome! I got it straightened out and went on my way with my new wardrobe. Came home and purged my closet. I will be back a lot. Last time I went for a new purse, after looking in many stores unsuccessfully, and found two!

Very clean location...parking lot was not sketchy looking...however...when I just put store name in GPS it took me behind the store instead of the front so I was in a residential area lol.
