If I could give this location a no stars rating, I would. I bought a too faced primer that smelled very rancid, I brought it back to the store hoping for an exchange and the store manager Johanna was extremely rude! I dont care so much for not getting a $20 primer exchanged, I could always get it somewhere else. What I dislike the most was her demeanor and the way she talked to me, the company needs to train these people better to be more professional. As much as I love TCCS I will never set a foot inside that location.

Very rude and unprofessional staff…no one is available to help or answer questions. The individuals working there have no clue about makeup and seemed bothered when asked a question. They also lack in customer service. I do like the products but the staff is terrible.
