This is the best beef jerky I have ever had in my life! This is a great family owned business and I love giving my support. Dalton is amazing, makes me laugh every time we see him.

When I was growing up, my grandmother would get this peppered jerky from her hometown. I have long since forgotten the name of the company that made it. I was actively looking for a jerky that could compare to the peppered goodness of that old jerky, when I stumbled upon It's Jerky's rendition of it. The nostalgic taste was damn near indistinguishable, and I have loved it ever since I found it!! Thanks for making such a delicious product and giving us an ACTUAL bag of jerky!!!

Some of the best jerky and meat products I have had, hands down. The flavors are unlike any I have tasted. An absolute example as to what an American businesses should be like, how they should operate and a true testimony to what "customer service" is . This is not only the best jerky I've had, It is also by far the best customer service I've experienced. After fedex seemingly lost my order, Jamie responded to my email in like 20 min and a replacement was sent out within 24 hours. It is sooo uncommon to even get a response from most businesses in that time. Not only that; usually beef sticks are kinda... sketchy feeling but these are legit. I hope you at least try them. especially honey pepper.

Not only do they have the best jerky around but so easy to shop. Perfect for the men you have trouble thinking of a perfect gift. So easy. I pick out what I want and give them the address. They take care of shipping at a small cost and presto. Arrives in a few days. Great stocking stuffers too.

I moved from the Shasta County area to Southern California and let me tell you, it is impossible to get good beef jerky here. It's all too moist, too over processed. But It's Jerky has been one of the best brands I've found by far. I bought some online, paid for just standard shipping, and it was delivered the very next day! Super fresh, order was correct, very happy with their service! If you're in the market for some real, true blue beef jerky, then this is the brand to go with!

Your jerky actually kept me alive for 3 years of dialysis! It kept my proteins up so my hair didnt fall out and i had strength! Haa. Great simple jerky!!! I love it!!!

Outstanding Jerky!
I met Jim Gurnee at the Southern California FRED HALL fishing show in Long Beach California about 15 years ago. I have been hooked ever since. Even now I still order about 2lbs at a time. I have tried them all and without a doubt, they do it best. Teriyaki is my go to.

This is our go-to place for jerky. Their jerky is fresh made locally in their store on Airport Road. Their product can be found in several stores here in the NorthState, but for the freshest, best tasting jerky, go to their store on Airport. You won't be disappointed. :)

Its jerky is some the best I have ever found. They have a great selection of various flavors and different types of jerky.
My favorites would have to be the honey Pepper and teriyaki.

Bought this 4 years ago at a gas station. Driving cross country. Boy working their said his family made. I have missed it as it was the best I had ever had. Will be ordering now that I know they are shipping.

Me and my son Tyler used to always go to Shasta Speedway and watch Jim race around that track why we would be eating his jerky that we bought from him at the racetrack every Saturday night. But I moved to Albuquerque New Mexico in 2008 and I sure do miss that jerky.
