I had stopped in last week for a Burger combo and the meat Patty was undercooked. when I called the manager I Got told I would get a phone call back but never did. well today Medea a very nice manager made sure that my order was taking care of and it was done in such a very quick manner. I really appreciate Medea for her help and making sure the customer got what they paid for.

Place has been good. Close to my work. Always great employees as well. Always nice... feels like Cheers. They all know my order and when it's different they make sure it's not a mistake on their part.

As an employee and avid CJ's fan I love their food and working with all of my co-workers and friends. During the busy times of breakfast, lunch and dinner, yes, they're not the fastest and the dining room needs attention but you have to understand that 80% of they're employees are still in high school and for most it's their first job. As a chef for over 25 years I have been working here for almost a year and it was quite a rough transition for me but I adapted. I am impressed, really, to their products freshness especially the fresh, baked in-house buns which sadly won't be around much longer...Every burger is charbroiled to order then prepared to your liking. As I sit here in the store, the most noticeable thing I notice is that they need 2 more people on shift to really maximize the flow of orders coming in.

They do a wonderful job and as to the comments of smelly employees, etc... that's just not true... Anyway, the food is really good, really fresh but you'll wait a little longer for it than almost all of the other guys...

I think Carl's Jr has a great variety of burgers & breakfast choices.Brenda, Forest & Kaylee are hard workers and seem to enjoy their work.

Hot, fresh and good! Not like most fast food restaurants. Our server, Alex was very nice and professional.

Food service and speed everything ya want.

I Had a Guacamole burger here oh man delicious well prep and everything fresh. Couldn't upload picture too hungry for that. But the staff is doing a great job and deserves a good review.

Nice place for a quick bite. Some 5 to 6 Hudson police officers also came in to have a late lunch. Seemed like the whole Hudson police department was on late lunch but they have to rush out for some reason unknown to me. Maybe, an emergency call came and they had to cut short their lunch. Shows their dedication in serving the people. Friendly police officers. Food was usual for a fast food place. Rather clean. Prices also reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. Dine in was better than drive through. Will visit again.

Carl's has been a favorite of mine for years. This one was up to standards.
Really enjoyed my meal and a visit to the past. I have lived for the past 20 years in an area without Carl's any where around.

Looks like the place is been spits huge improvement from last time almost the whole crew is new and they are in the right way to hem get this place great! Steakhouse burger is delicious I love it! I definitely recommend this place

This young man Michael was so awesome! He even let me get the sourdough bread for my bacon cheeseburger cane over washed my table abs not one time complained! Me and my wife loved his service! Food was so good

As a husband/wife trucking team we found this location to be clean and well stocked with friendly, competent employees and our food order was good and accurate. We thought they did a great job all the way around.

Good food. Friendly employees. You get your food in a timely manner. This is one of the cleanest truck stop food places I've ever been too.

We came with co workers and Bessy and leslie asked for a review; people here is very friendly and a great service; i got a double western bacon cheeseburger thats is a delicious choice i definitely recommend this place!

My orden was so good was a chicken sandwich the staff very friendly i feel really bad for the kids at front that they have to deal with so rude People they deserve good treat from Customers who they coming and let their Stress come out to this kids if was on me i could give them 10 stars
