Not bad for inexpensive tools. Mostly made in China. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. Overall my experience was productive and fun. If you expect top of the line tools this really isn't the plac3 to shop but I'd your lookin for functional tools at very affordable prices, give this outfit a try. Selection is pretty good in most cases but there's a few categories that they're lacking in such as trailer hitches and accessories. Otherwise this is a top notch business and I give em my recommendation for affordable tools

I love harbor freight so much!! I realize these their products may not be of the highest caliber but they work!! And if it breaks they're quick to replace it!! They have GREAT COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS....and this store in particular is very helpful and attentive!! Just check out the clearance prices!!

The store manager, Kirk and his employees are outstanding and the best customer service we have experienced in all the stores we’ve ever been. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely keep buying the membership and will keep coming back as loyal customers because they have been extraordinary every single time we have been in the store but more so if push comes to shove when you need the help the most when it counts.

Good prices, and the only place I could find portaband saw blades. Nobody else carries them. Not ace not lowes, and this is a regular field welders tool, not some space technology. Love harbor freight

Always a good place to pickup tools

No photos of it yet, but I called and got a 12k lb Badland winch with the hitch mount. These people were absolutely awesome, on top of things and I had my wife pick it up for me and they loaded it into her pickup for her. Very helpful and so respectful and patient. Thank you guys.

Always a great experience. Store is clean and organized. Friendly, always helpful staff. Cheap tools and supplies. I quit questioning the quality of the tools a while back, because they'll exchange virtually anything you break. There's just a great variety of items at fair prices.

Went here to purchase a 1 ton engine hoist after being discriminated by the location in Westminster.

I called ahead to the Brighton store, like I did for the Westminster store, and Christie answered. I think that was her name. She gave great customer service over the phone and in person. All the workers there were helpful. Christie had a visual done for me and had the engine hoist put on hold for me. After I purchased it, the workers brought it out to my vehicle and help me put it on the back of my truck.👍👍👍👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏

Very clean, well stocked and helpful staff. Really appreciate the layout out front that makes it very clear to mask up or don't come in. It's a few minutes further from home, but I'll make the trek to this store for it's quality.

Best guarantee on tools available always always get the warranty it's a bummer when a tool goes down but returns are never a hassle love this place! Beata dewalt!
