Going to have to go with 1 star due to 0 being not a option, if you like receiving phone calls constantly and consistently even tho your up to date on payments this is the place for you. I purchased 2 electronic bikes, both have had nothing but issues with, the more expensive bike "EB7 swagtron" is un rideable due to steering locked up, get it now and the company they got the bike from both will not help with the issue just socks having to keep paying on a faulty product. Not to happy with this outcome

Very poor customer service. Salesperson was condescending and rude. Caught her mocking me in the showroom. If this is the best you have to offer then my money is better spent elsewhere.
