Billy stayed later and changed my faulty battery in below zero weather out of the kindness of his heart. Great customer service and great attitude. I let him know I was understanding if he wouldn’t have enough time to help me (and also in the freezing cold) and he was more than happy and willing to help. I genuinely appreciate his service.

Went in as one of the new windshield wipers my husband bought the day before broke when installing. I didn’t have a receipt, but brought in the packaging - Mike was understanding and went above and beyond to make sure the blade was installed correctly and working properly before a big snow again tomorrow. He had the best attitude, did more than I could have asked or expected, and just made my day. Customer service like that is rare these days and I can’t tout enough how much it meant. Thank you so much, Mike! I’ll make sure we return when we need anything else car-related.

Battery changes are free at this location! Had a great experience with Billy -- He was very helpful, kind, and worked quickly. Was able to change the battery in my Chevy Equinox in under 10 mins. Make sure to ask for Billy and tip!

During a winter storm my keyless car fob battery died (albeit having warned me of it running low for a number of weeks prior) and I called AutoZone about whether they had the battery available and would be able to help replace it (rather than waiting much longer and paying for the service at a dealership). I lucked out and Jeremy answered my call, and he explained they did have the batteries in stock and while the ability to replace the old battery depended on each employee’s comfort level, he was very comfortable and had done many. I was recognized as the caller as I perused the battery section and Jeremy did not hesitate to help me pick out the correct battery type and replaced both sets of keys I brought in, walking me carefully through the steps one by one so I could feel confident replacing them myself in the future. His service was amazing and I couldn’t recommend this store or Jeremy more!

Billy replaced my headlight, and topped off my coolant when we spotted the fluid level was low. Super helpful, super friendly. Great customer service. Thank you, Billy! Give him that raise, Autozone—he deserves it!

Service was amazing - I went here to have my battery checked for free and they were really quick. I bought a new battery and then they also installed the battery in my car for free! Andrea helped me and was very nice and efficient :). I recommend this place to anyone having battery troubles!

I went in because my windshield wiper fell off. I had no idea what I was doing, but thankfully Billy helped me with everything. He helped me find the right wiper for my car and even helped me install them. He was very kind and incredible professional. Huge shout out to Billy, he deserves a raise!!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had with my car. I came to Autozone fully prepared to buy a new battery because it had died a few time. Then I met Mike. He told me I just needed to clean the terminals then he did it for me! He went above and beyond, and from now on Autozone has my business. And Mike should get a raise he’s a great employee.

Loved my experience at this AutoZone! Really want to highlight the service and attention to detail by Billy. He not only helped walk me through the whole process of buying and replacing my brake lights and my lights, but he helped me troubleshoot when I was having issues to get the lights to turn on. But these people are legit professionals, they knew how to deal with a person like me, very kind, and Billy, who actually replaced the battery for me within 15 mins, was so nice! Overall testing, replacing took less than 15 mins.
