Emily was an angel of a human. I came in on December 21st, the darkest day of the year literally and for anyone working in a place that handles last minute holiday shoppers and shippers like myself. She was very kind and patient and walked me through everything, and even when I called back to anxiously confirm that the addresses were correct (through no fault of theirs, I'm just anxious in general) she very patiently confirmed that they were and that my packages were in good hands. I'd absolutely come back here.

I've had to come in a few times for packages and Amazon returns. Each time I have had exceptional customer service., notably from a young man with dark hair.
Well deserved 5 stars!

You would think that a stored as large as UPS would not have great customer service, but the store Monaca feels like a local mom and pop store that wants to go above and beyond to make sure that you meet your deadlines. I'm so thankful for the girl with the pink hair named Heather. Every single time I have came to the store. She has gone above and beyond for me. Just recently I met Alex in between the two of them and everyone else in that store. It's my go-to place for all my printing needs

One of the best UPS stores in the area. Outstanding service from store manager/owner Ian who has been a blessing for me and my wife in getting our mail and packages to us as we have been traveling internationally for some time. As a box holder there I can say the daily service in having our US mail and Amazon packages ready is very efficient with a courteous and knowledgeable staff. Of course they have many other shipping and printing services available as well. I highly recommend this UPS store for mailbox and/or shipping needs.

The UPS store staff are wonderful & very helpful! Any issues I've had are not their issues. The issues I have had have been with Amazon's return policies & needing to be packaged before I got to the store. I didn't read the return instructions correctly. I will use this location for all my UPS needs. I've never had a problem at this store unless it was my mistake.

Absolutely love my local The UPS Store in Monaca! Not only are the owners, Donna and Mike second to none when it comes to customer service, every associate there is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very welcoming, as soon as you walk in, and is always very clean and organized! Any time I have to ship a package, I know with their expertise, it will be packed properly and will arrive to its destination with no problems.
Every time I send them print requests for my business, they exceed my expectations with superior quality and quick, efficient turn around time. I suggest stopping in and letting them help with all of your small business and shipping needs.

This family run store is one of the best team I have worked with for my shipping needs. They are always professional and make it real easy to ship things wherever I need them to be shipped. I have never had any issue in all the times I have gone there. I recommend highly!!

Excellent service and demeanor. Just before closing and the line was long. I was treated so courteously and they taught me how to do stuff on my phone (Amazon returns). I am so grateful and impressed

I have been using this store for years for my business mailbox. The staff is always warm, friendly and knowledgeable. During the Covid pandemic they implemented and practiced proper procedures. All in all a great place to do business.

Obliging and friendly, the owners and staff of the UPS Store will help you with your packaging, mailing, and printing needs. It's nice to work with helpful, friendly staff. I'll be giving them more business!

Not sure why there are such bad reviews for a place with such a simple operation. Every time I go there to use their services, I am met with a kind and professional employee who assists me in what I need done. Apparently the bad reviewers want to be given free coffee and massages on top of their service.

Thank you for being so patient and pleasant during all the craziness during the holidays and a pandemic. All the staff members were not only helpful but not rushing people. I was worried about going to send something so close to Christmas, (the wait, frustrated people, etc.) and I left thinking... I want to recommend this place!

I generally always ship UPS and this is the friendliest UPS I have been too :) the lady at the counter was quick and efficient yet we still had awesome conversation :)

Great experience with the staff. Had dinner tickets printed and they look great and were more than reasonably priced. Will be back for more.
