Cyber Monday we bought a Christmas tree. It was a $200 tree on sale for $80. This tree is beautiful. 7 feet tall with lifelike needles, pre-lit. It comes with a remote to change the patterns and wrote l white to multi colored lights. We bought the floor model, so there was no box, but we got the directions. We thought they would take it apart, but we had to. That was my only complaint.

Started using curbside pick up and it is a fantastic service. The app says the order will be ready in about 2 hours but it was ready much sooner. Then just pull into a numbered parking space and check in with the app or email. Very easy.

Eric, the store manager, was absolutely amazing.
My husband and I had purchased a clearance flooring at another home depot and the same flooring at the cranberry floor was not discounted. When I asked him, without any hesitation he price matched our flooring and let me know that he wanted me to be taken care of.He even wheeled my cart to checkout! It was a wonderful experience and will be coming back to this particular store.

Great hardware store, just about anything you can think of and then some. Helpful staff get you on your way with little hassle

Oh hot Da** this place was on fire!! Lol. Not to get excited about Home Depot but talk about some freaking amazing customer service!! Not going to lie here, I look at Home Depot as a place that you go to and you know what your looking for and you find it and then you have Lowes where it just seems to be more wanting to help kinda customer service. Whatever works for you works for you but I went to just pick up a couple items and this one lady I wish I knew her name but she helped me so much I felt like I had a personal shopper lol. I was in and out and on my way. Great place and huge selection compared to others in the area!!

I want EVERYONE to know how WONDERFUL the customer service is at The Home Depot in Cranberry Twp., PA. They stood behind their services when the company that was contracted with to install my kitchen countertops cancelled on me Six times. They made arrangements to have another company fabricate and install countertops, which happened within 2 weeks. They did right by me and took responsibility (even though it was not their fault). Big shout-out to Nick, Elizabeth, Barb and Anissa!!!

Good selection at comparable prices with some pretty good sales. They usually have what I'm looking for or something similar. The staff is hit or miss in regards to knowledge of what they sell or where it's located which is pretty typical in big box stores. I can say that they had a huge staff presence on Black Friday to make sure someone was easily available for assistance if needed. Overall, I usually don't need assistance so they usually meet my expectations for a big box store.

My dog simply loved this place, and the employees know him by name now. Lots of retired guys work here that are very knowledgeable and helpful. Pretty much the store for people who want to get in and get back to work, unlike Lowes, where most customers are window shopping.

I visited this Home Depot due to the availability of window latches that were not available at my local store. The employee in the hardware department did everything he could to locate the items that were listed as being in stock at this location. When he couldn't find the window latches I needed they processed an order for delivery and they arrived at my doorstep the very next day! I was very pleased with the service I received.

The quality here is good and many options are available for the same items

From panel pin to measuring tapes and drill machines to grass cutting machines available here.

Best Home Depot in the Area ! I live closer to Chippewa but this store has a larger and better selection. The customer service is better as well. Always someone to help you find what you need. Bought a echo trimmer last week couldn’t be happier with it. Garden center was clean and fully stocked and front faced which is impressive this time of year. Will be shopping here for years to come.

Home Depot is great. It is easy to return any extra you purchased for your project when you find you don't need it. Also I recently purchased a wet saw there and after putting the whole thing together I found a part came broken. I was able to replace just the part I needed from another box at the store with the customer service rep so that I didn't have to take the whole thing apart and rebuild it.

This home depot is always easy to get in and out of. The sales associates are great and told me exactly where to go for the gas cylinders I needed. The parking lot has way to many handicapped parking spaces though, they are never even close to being full. Other than that I think your trip here is worth it. You do save 1% sales tax since this is outside of Allegheny county.

Being a Big Box store you can only expect so much. But I personally have always had good experiences at Home Depot. Besides an Electrical supply house, they carry Klein tools. Limited selection, but still carry them. I hope they keep them.👍👷

This is my favorite home improvement store. The employees are helpful and very knowledgeable. I have gotten some great information and assistance. This is my go to place. Not just for lumber and hardware, I have bought rugs, curtains, pillows, organization products, etc.

Home Depot in Cranberry it’s 5 stars !!! Clyde iN the lighting department was awesome. We decided to install outdoor landscape lighting . Clyde was so knowledgeable in lighting and how much wire we would need even helped us with what lighting would work best for us. Thank you again Clyde 👍👍👍
