The rep Gen who was helping me was very patient and knowledgeable. I don’t ship all that often so I felt I was a pain but he really made me feel comfortable and it was a breeze

I've dropped by here several times for Amazon returns and all my interactions have been pleasant. The customer service here is great and everyone is friendly and welcoming (unlike some other UPS locations where employees are sour and disgruntled.) Thank you guys!

I'm going to miss this place. I've been coming here for years. I have a post boss here. I even tried another UPS store closer to where I live and the convenience, parking, and customer service just could not compare!
I'm moving to Burbank up the freeway. I hope the staff is as Nice and Wonderful as they are in Gardena.

John did an amazing job on packaging and went above and beyond to help me with my auction shipping needs. I will definitely use again if I have anything in the area.

My experience at UPS store in Gardena, CA, has always been a good one. They provide excellent customer service and work well together. They provide reminders about your mailbox due dates, welcome you with a small and always ask if there’s anything else they can do. It’s conveniently located which makes it easy to get to.

Hands down the best UPS Store we have ever used. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and we always have a great experience.

I can't Express how exceptional the service was that I received from Danny and the Senior management at the Gardena location. I had 2 very sentimental chairs that belonged to my deceased mom shipped from Gardena to Lake Charles, LA. We had 1 hiccup occur during delivery but the professional's at the store made sure ALL MATTERS were resolved. We kept in communication and they never dropped the ball. I had complete confidence in them because of their communication and professionalism from the onset.
Danny was the BEST!!!! he should be awarded for his customer service. He is very personable and I am sure other customers have had great experiences with him and at this store. I am from Houston Tx so it was great to experience warm friendly service in Cali. I can tell that Danny enjoys helping people and he is a true asset to the UPS Team.

They are always friendly, helpful and professional.
I almost didnt write this review because i love this little gem and dont want everyone finding out about them and making it super busy like the post office WHICH I CANT STAND GOING TO!!!

Went in this morning to get an item returned. Great customer service and fast at that. Very friendly service. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.
