The UPS Store

I use this location to return Amazon items when necessary and have never had a bad experience. If there is a wait, it's usually less than 5 minutes, otherwise I'm in and out in seconds.

No experience with their other services or products, just Amazon return shipping.

Fantastic customer service! Both my Mom and I have recently been to this store for shipping and sending documents. Each time we were greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable clerk, thanked for waiting, and provided with quick yet professionally executed service (meaning they really know what they are doing so you don't need to worry about items shifting, etc. if you are interested in having them pack for you). I'm so glad I found this location and don't plan to go anywhere else. They rock!

Used store to pack/prepare large pictures & paintings for shipment. Store owner & staff super professional, customer friendly. Timely completions at reasonable price. Highly recommended! Made pain in the neck/time consuming project easy

Very pleasant, efficient service! My shipping was a little unusual — a 30”x40” painting on canvas, framed, to be shipped 2,000+ miles. The UPS team discussed my options for packing, shipping, and insurance. They listened carefully to my concerns and suggestions about packing, reassuring me that my artwork was being handled properly. Recommended!

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. We rent a box at this location for our business mail. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They let me know each time a package has arrived and when I need to come in during business hours to sign for something. Sometimes I am running errands after normal business hours so having a pin code for after-hours access to the mail box is super convenient.

I was blown away by the service by Tulsi and Carrie. My husband and I had a crazy day and I accidentally gave the wrong Amazon package for a return. Tulsi and Carrie took the time to go through the trash until they found my return number. I haven't experienced such caring customer service in quite some time. WOW. Thank you Tulsi and Carrie. You turned a crazy day into a much nicer one.

This locations great. I had some really expensive antique items shipped to some family members out of state. My party received the items in perfect condition. The customer service was unbelievable.Sunny and his team went above and beyond expectations. I will definitely use this place again

Its super nicely built new store.. kudos to the owners of the store for making this store in Mt. Dora as it will be very convenient for us to ship all important documents to our customers. The owners are pretty friendly and courteous they have gone all the way out to help us and that for us was very touchy. before this we use to go to the near by store but they were not so friendly and helpful. They never have helped us to even to showed interest in the work we do.
I think if this guys will continue like this then they will have a great future and success is never away from them.. keep rocking guys and keep doing great work.. Cheers.

I was home visiting Family and needed to ship a vintage 1940's Coca Cola clock that used to hang in my Grandfathers convenience store/butcher shop in Texas back to my home in Seattle. The staff did an amazing job packing it up as I was concerned about it getting damaged in transit. Received it today and it was in perfect condition. They really over packed it to keep it protected. Thank you Guys.

I had them ship a 1920 Czech glass vase full of glass flowers almost a foot in diameter. I was really concerned about it arriving safely. I was so incredibly pleased with the job they did packing. The piece arrived in great shape. The packing was done to perfection. A plus. Thanks guys, Sue

Truly enjoy the staff and positive attitudes. Always greeted with a smile and everyone is so helpful. The prices are competitive and the environment is professional. Great place and will make things much easier with my Christmas shipments .

This place is great! The service is amazing. People that work there are sweet, kind and quick to respond to whatever needs you may have. The wait time is never long. I have never had a problem with any delivery.

Every time I go over there, I always get treated as a guest, rather than a customer. The people there are very respectful and helpful, and I have recommended them to everybody I know. If you need somethint shipped, go there!
