The UPS Store

I am new using UPS for all my returns to Amazon. They have been lovely each time I arrive. Always helpful and with a smile on their face. It is such a good feeling knowing that they are there to help no matter what.

Staff is curt, maybe because they’re very busy, but trustworthy. I took two packages for UPS unknowingly that one was for USPS and they couldn’t provide a receipt because of that. I was a bit hesitant leaving the box and considered going back in to retrieve it, but I thought I’ve never had issues during the past 10+ years with this store so I left. I checked the routing on the USPS package online and to my surprise the post office received it at 2am. Thank you.

Very convenient to have this store in town. Also the prices for big prints are way better than Office Depot.

The team that works there is nice and effective.

The employees there don't talk much but they sure do know their stuff & get packages setup quickly. I've never had to wait more then a minute even if there is a line. Always use this spot as my go to Amazon return location. Lots of parking too

Service here is unmatched. Store owner, Jojo, has this place running like a well oiled machine. In and out in 30 seconds with all my problems taken care of. This UPS store is conveniently located within walking distance for us.

Rodrigo is very professional and friendly, offering to resolve our shipping needs. There are POB capability, copy machine and other office type solutions.

The staff is very professional and once you go there, your file makes the next visit rather easily handled.

I deal with a lot of shipments and this is by far the most helpful team I have ever come across!!! So helpful, easy going and friendly! Those guys are truly the best and manager who runs that place deserves a reward for keeping it in that level for years.

The staff at this ups store led by Jonathan is exceptional in their service skills. They know how to ship products and work with small business owners in any capacity and or are able to trouble shoot any issues small business owners have , in order to maximaize the service small business owners give to thier own clients and customers .

Top notch service at this UPS drop off location Manger super nice and has his staff trained well, never a wait and always friendly I pass by 2 other locations closer to my home/office but prefer the little extra drive to this location for its helpful and speedy service, keep up the good work .Cheers

Honestly for how busy they are every employee here works as fast as they can. Michael is one of the best at the counter but everyone is amazing. The manager of this location is also always helpful

It was good. Although I had a problem once because they don't do air shipments. This disturbed me deeply and I only go there to do ground shipments. The people working there are always really nice tho :)
