Amazing service - above and beyond! We needed a yard sign printed same day and when I called even though they were unable to do it, Rick reached out to his contact at Signs Plus in East Granby, sent them our artwork, and facilitated the whole thing so we were able to get it right away.
I can't say enough good things about our experience with this store but more specifically Rick - thank you so much!

I always use this location for my returns and all that work there are fantastic people. Recently, I've been collecting clothes for hurricane relief in Florida. I asked Curt (the manager) if he would ship 4 kitchen size bags for the effort for free and he didn't blink an eye and said yes. These are the companies we need to support in our community! Taking the burden off those working to help those in need. Thank you Curt, for passing the blessing forward.

Today was my first time at this UPS store and the service was friendly and quick. I chose this location because they had such good reviews and they really did live up to everything nice that had been said about them. I had the opportunity to meet Rick and thank him for having wonderful employees. I highly recommend this location

All of the employees reflect the work ethic and exceptional customer service of the owner (Rick). This store goes so far above and beyond what is typical of retail that they virtually are setting a new standard. We shipped half a household's worth of items that had to be packed and many of those were fragile. All arrived at the destination efficiently and damage free, and at a very reasonable cost. The store also does printing jobs and seamless Amazon type returns. Do not hesitate to patronize this business!

We tried this location after recently moving to the area and having an awful experience at the UPS store in Canton. It could not have been more night and day. Great staff, pleasant, professional, patient, courteous, and the owner is wonderful. It’s a bit farther from our home than other locations but definitely worth the extra time in the car for this welcoming experience.

I have been working with them for all of my small business needs and have had terrific customer service every single time. They even offer options based on what I’m trying to do. Sometimes it makes more sense to send through the post office and they let you know that.

One stop for everything! They took my USPS mail, FedEx box and helped with my Amazon return (including packaging) in literally minutes! The nicest and most efficient people and process! Huge thanks for making a hectic day truly a simple process!

They were very helpful and friendly. I shipped a computer with a tempered glass panel and it was packed with care and was very reasonably priced. If I need to ship anything else this is where I will go.

Jen helped me located a tracking number from 2 months ago. She went out of her way to help me to resolve an issue I had with a company stating I did not return a product. I’m so thankful that the UPS store has employees that actually take that extra step to help their costumers.

I have never dealt with a more delightful group of people. It was a breeze, and they were the most pleasant!

The whole experience was really smooth and fast. The employee handled the lable printing and sealing for me, I didn't have to do much expect for showing up and handing them my package.

John and his team go out of their way to help their customers. This is a first class business, which provides a great service to the Simsbury community. I would highly recommend this UPS store for all of your shipping, printing and small business needs.

We showed up 5 minutes before closing to get the grandkids stuff to Louisiana ahead of some bad weather. The staff was as friendly and accommodating as if we'd been the first customers of the day! And we had our Christmas coupon!
