CVS Pharmacy

Thought about getting Tdap vaccine and got it an hour later, getting more impressed with CVS lately

My favorite cvs. Best customer service.

Standard CVS. Pharmacy drive through can be slow but that's typical of some drive through pharmacies. Usually well stocked store and is kept clean inside and out.

Very busy but, the staff is great. They need more immediate help.

I have been using this pharmacy for years and I have had countless issues with them and I have never once spoke up about them until now. I went to cvs this morning to get my prescription as usual. The woman that I had was extremely rude and unhelpful. My prescription cost was more than usual and I simply asked if they ran it through my insurance because like I stated I've had countless issues with this pharmacy and them not keeping my insurance on file has been one of the repeated issues. The woman stated they did and that I needed to call my insurance company and figure out why it was so expensive. Then she made a comment about the type of medication that had been prescribed to me, a comment about the "supply" prescribed and then told me if I was to be given a new price that I could not return my medication. As she is rudely making these comments to me she is walking away from me as I'm trying to simply explain the reasoning behind it, which I shouldn't even have to explain in a public setting. I called my insurance company when I left to figure out what happened with the pricing and they called cvs to figure out what happened. I was told by my insurance company that there had been a coupon used on my profile at cvs that had expired, that's why my medication cost went up. Now I don't understand why the short haired lady with glasses and blonde hair that was "helping" me couldn't have just nicely explained that instead of being disrespectful and arguing with me. Along with belittling me about a medication that was prescribed to me for an illness I have. Very unprofessional and I will not be going back.

Two individuals working at the counter. I waited over 20 minutes to pick up my prescription with only 2 people in front of me because the young man that was working continued to assist the drive through customers that arrived well after the in-store customers. The other pharmacy tech (Sandra) was fine but she was tied up with another customer in the drop-off line, however, she ended up having to come back to the front register because the young man working with her stopped helping her. The drive through is not any more important than the in-store customers.

Utterly useless pharmacy staff. Have made three separate trips to the store to update my insurance information and they still cannot process it correctly. I genuinely cannot figure out what is wrong with these people.
