The Service Technicians were extremely helpful and accommodating. In particular, Service Manager Joe Murphy made sure that we were not inconvenienced while our vehicle was in the shop and was professional and also respectful of our time and fully transparent as regards to the process. I had a very good experience at Wareham forward. I had the special they went through the whole car changed. The oil rotated tires all the fluids less than an hour excellent job. Yes I will be back.

I just purchased my 2023 Maverick Lariat in Florida in May. But we live several months in North Falmouth each year. I was very happy with the service I received at Wareham Ford. I will probably do my yearly service work at Wareham.

Wareham Ford Service Department continues to provide excellent service on my 2014 F150, which I purchased from them in 2015. While there are closer options, I find that I completely trust Wareham Ford and therefore drive the 45 miles from my home to have all my service work performed there. Thank you for being a great company. Update: March 2023. I just had 4 new tires after 73,000 miles and 9 years. Wareham Ford did a great job as always and a special thanks to Bill in the Parts Dept. for locating the tires I wanted to use. Thanks Wareham Ford!!

Excellent This is the second vehicle I purchased here. Paul was very helpful and the staff stepped in on my second visit when Paul was on the road with another customer. Car was delivered very clean and updated me on the vehicle history and repairs to make it Pre certified. Very happy

Wareham Ford did a fantastic job working on our 12yr old Mercury. While the service area was quite busy in the morning everything there moved like a swiss watch. Service advisor was courteous, knowledgeable and on task. Tech did a marvelous job with engine services and plate lights needing to be replaced for state inspection. Wareham Ford is a pleasure to deal with. I had a very different experience compared to those large, multi-brand mega dealers I've dealt with in the past. The folks at Wareham Ford were warm and friendly and never pushed products or features on me that I didn't want. They kept in touch while I waited for my Bronco to be delivered. There were absolutely no surprises. I was impressed. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

I always have my service done at Wareham Ford on all my vehicles. Brian Miller always takes great care of my time issues with my business vehicles and the need to keep them on the road. Mike Torrence is one of the best Mechanic if not the best that I know and worked with, he trouble shoots the problem and gets it done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend these gentleman.
