AT&T Store

I went to another store to upgrade my phone where they unfortunately completely messed up my account and was a nightmare trying to figure out where to go to get it sorted out. I was told I needed to go to a store with a manager on duty. I came to Wareham almost in tears and about to give up and was VERY happy with the support and help getting it all fixed. Hannah and Liy were AMAZING. They helped me with my return, purchase of a new new phone and adjusted as much of the mess they could and were Super Nice and friendly! Thank you!

Carlos was the best! He had great conversation and got us in and out of there in no time, without feeling rushed. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about his trade. Carlos is an awesome representation of AT&T and their service.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and Justin has helped me immensely! Most recently with upgrading my kids phones. He is knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. I have had bad experiences with this company in the past but Justin has always corrected everything for me and is mostly responsible for my loyalty to this company. Go see him if you need help!

AT&T Review - Employee Carlos

Due to an ongoing issue with my Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, I recently went into At&T on Saturday January 28, 2023 and I was approached immediately by Carlos. I told him that my phone has been breaking up when people call me and when I call out. He talked about different scenarios that it could be. I advised him that I’m due for a trade-in this coming August and that I’m thinking about getting a new phone. He looked up my account and stated that I only have 7 payments left and that I could pay that upfront and get a new phone that day if I wanted. He did advise me that I should wait, because there’s going to be promotions coming up in the month of February. He told me to contact him at the beginning of the month to see what the promotions would be about. He also talked to me about Apple phones, smart watches and the new Samsung Galaxy S23 that is to come out next month. He taught and explained to me how the headsets work with the smart watch and showed me some cool functions on the Apple phone.

The manager came over and under the “Settings” on my phone, clicked on “Battery and Device Care” and then “Diagnostics”. This is something I never knew I had on my phone. He also gave me a new updated sim card.

I had the most wonderful conversations with Carlos. He is so honest and truthful and I love that quality about people. Carlos showed his experience, knowledge and expertise with AT&T and its products. Carlos is invaluable, he was extremely helpful, genuine, friendly, courteous and professional.

I've been in customer service for over 35 years so I have enough experience to acknowledge someone that goes exceedingly above and beyond to make their customers happy and Carlos does just that. Carlos is one of those employees that also carries a positive and upbeat attitude and he has a smile on his face. Carlos makes my shopping experience and day all that much better and brighter.

I just want to say that Carlos is a wonderful person and he deserves recognition for a job well done.

Justin was absolutely amazing. He was so patient, kind, and welcoming. He got my new phone up and running with everything transferred within 5 minutes. Justin was what every AT&T employee should strive to be like. This company is lucky to have him! You don’t find employees this good anymore! Truly a great experience. I will only work with him from now on!

Came in to upgrade my phone with Ryan and he was very pleasant, I am glad I saw him and not Paul, he was rude to me when I walked in last and didn't seem to want to help me, but Ryan was very helpful and made it easy.

Justin was incredibly efficient with my time. He provides great service. I had to switch a phone number over to a new plan - so open a new plan - and then also upgrade my phone. I have had experiences where simply getting a new phone and syncing it can take half a day in the store, but Justin was incredibly quick and got me in and out seamlessly in ~1HR.

We would like to thank Justin Coriaty for his exceptional customer service on 3/22/22. He was extremely professional and helpful with our iPhone purchase. He was very detailed and explained everything to us about our purchase. Also he was patient with our transaction and even stayed later and provided written instructions to ensure our phones would work properly. AT & T is very fortunate to have him as an employee. The level of service we received is rarely seen these days and we appreciate his efforts to make our purchase so easy ! Thank you Justin we will be back again to this location for future purchases!

Wow! Talk about amazing service by two gentleman (Marcus and the mgr, Zach) at the Wareham location for AT&T. We were purchasing two watches and they could not have been more helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They did a phenomenal job explaining different features and benefits of each model. We were amazed at the level of service and professionalism. We were in and out in no time.

After coming in with an 11 year old that lost their new phone, the frustration level on our end was high. And can’t thank you enough for your help in what was a stressful night on my end. You were calm, beyond helpful, and answered all questions we had. In coming back in for a second time to get accessories for the phone that came in the mail, you went out of your way to help us again by setting up my son’s phone, which we should have been able to figure out at home. Thank you again for your exceptional service.

Lauryn was a huge help when I thought all was lost, when Xfinity messed up my service making it impossible to receive calls. She was patient and extremely informative and helped me come home to AT@T. I will highly recommend her to friends and family!!!

Carlos was very helpful. He showed me and helped me set up both iPhones that I purchased. I was not rushed felt very comfortable and would not hesitate to recommend him to my other family members.
I appreciate people like this they make you feel that you are the only one that matters.

I can not emphasize how good the customer service was. I had an issue with my SIM card and I was not getting any help from my provider and was getting the run around. This did not deter the staff from just giving up and telling me "to bad". They continued with tenacity calling my provider over and over in order to get my SIM card back in working order. This ordeal took about six hours and not once did they complain or attempt to give up. They were eventually able to fix the problem and I could not thank them enough. I can not say enough about the professionalism and courtesy that they showed. I highly recommend this store based on the staff and their knowledge and their professionalism.

Carlos was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me download all of my old data to a new phone. I would come back here only because of him, Carlos made it very easy and explained what I needed to do.

Ryan helped me get a new phone through insurance, and was very helpful. Him, Marcus and Zach all deserve praise. Thank you AT&T.
