Best Gym in New Jersey. Johnny is extremely intelligent on supplements. The gym is very clean and they keep up on the maintenance. Cannot Wait for the expansion!

I walked in for a day pass, and the gentleman at the desk was incredibly kind and showed me to/around the floor even asking what I was working on that day to show me exactly where the equipment was that I might need! The gym itself is sleek and clean I was extremely impressed!

I started my fitness journey a year ago in another state and have been gym hopping ever since I got back but KOG is somewhere worth committing to! The owner is so incredible and the gym community that has been built here is amazing! I highly recommend coming here- I'll definitely be committing once I'm back from college

I’ve been lifting since my freshman year of highschool and ever since graduating I really missed the atmosphere of a varsity weightroom. A group of hardworking individuals working to reach common goals. It took me years to finally find this environement once again in a gym. King of Gains is the perfect gym for a disciplined individual that wants to take their health and fitness seriously. I am happy to say that I have found the place that I feel most at home and will continue to strive toward my goals in the coming future. Johnny, the owner is incredibly driven and is someone I would much rather put my money behind as opposed to a larger gym, Lifetime, LA, etc. All in all King of Gains is an incredible experience and I would highly reccomend it to any and all people.

I went here for a day pass to try it out. First thing, the owner showed me around the place. Johnny seems to really care about the place and has a cool vibe and culture at this gym and I will most definitely be coming back again. If you’re in the area try it out for sure.

This Gym is by far 1 of my favorites and 1 of the best Gyms in South Jersey, ive been to many gyms and commercial gyms but theres no place that feels like home, from the Environment of the Gym and the Quality of people you meet here its a whole different vibe. The Energy is just different here. Definitely cant wait until the EXPANSION coming soon, if your ever in South Jersey in the Burlington County Area, KOG is a MUSTTT!!!

Joined a couple months after opening and since then the gym has gotten better day after day. As members we constantly get new great equipment, supplements, and gym apparel. Best gym in South Jersey no question.

The equipment is top tier, music is always bumping, great people, this gym is lit🔥 highly recommended if you’re in the south Jersey area.

If you’re a gym rat, definitely try this gym. Great equipment, atmosphere and energy. Definitely better music than commercial gyms. Can’t wait till the gym expands soon.

Nutrition store and Gym combo. Just opened up and already looks fantastic. Definitely a guys gym so go in there so expect to see little to no cardio machines, ladies and running gents. It will most likely change as they aren't even done building up to the potential. So far, it's definitely ready for building and lifting.

Can definitely see this place being a hard place to get into on Mondays after 3 lol. Wishing all the best for the Owners and can't wait to see what the finished product looks like. Until then, you got a new member out of me.

Hands down the best gym Iv been a member of, the atmosphere is great. The owner and staff are friendly and very helpful. I recommend the gym to everybody.

Awesome service and my favorite lifting clothes!! The shorts are such good quality and I love the t shirts to wear as pump covers. I come from PA just for this place!!

Had the pleasure of working out here for the summer of 2022. Best gym I have ever been a part of. Owner and employees are all top notch, and atmosphere is one of a kind. Equipment is all new, and will leave you with the best pump of your life. Can't say enough good things about KOG.

Great gym and atmosphere for working out. I'm happy I've changed gyms for better pumps and machines, would refer to anyone that looking for gains and change in their workout, owner Johnny always there making sure all equipment is up to date and working accordingly make sure his gym is pumping Great guy to meet and his employees too have a variety of supplements in his store go check out king of gain it worth it 👌

I’m used to commercial gyms but wanted to give this gym a try since it offers day passes. The worker up front was super nice, very informative. Lots of different machines and equipments I never got to try or even seen in my life. Had honestly such a good workout that I walked out the gym trembling LOOOOOL.

Music is loud but I think it’s a good thing for someone who forgot to wear their headphones/earbuds since the music is enjoyable.

Since I am new to the gym, 2 of the gym-goers were really nice and helped me out since they knew I was struggling.

The people are so nice. I was super intimidated as this is more of a bodybuilding gym rather than a commercial one, but people were so lovely and nice.

I would go here again. Maybe once I am more comfortable in myself, I will definitely buy a gym membership. But if you are hesitant to buy one from here, do it!

I’ve tried over 10 gyms in the South Jersey area this one is by far the best, culture/atmosphere is great and the equipment is top notch. Way better than any big commercial gym chain. Highly recommend making a membership here you won’t regret it.

Top tier gym equipment that you won’t see at your average gym!! Sleek looking with the all black, the music be jamming and feels like a whole vibe. High key recommend this gym!
Nutrition store is also right next door which is super convenient for supplements.
