Employees are nice, especially at the deli counter. Carries some local products,which is cool. I don't like the floor robot, I'm pretty sure its racist.

I do not shop at GIANTS often but have been recently due to my son attending George School. Giant is a very spacey grocery store that is clean throughout the place. I have never run into an issue for the few times I've been.

While shopping, I saw a sign for discounted pricing for two products I frequently used. While at the self check out, they rung up at regular price. Tim was patient and kind enough to check out the signage. Although the date was expired (it hadn't been taken down), he gave a concession and I definitely appreciate him going the extra mile.

One of Best Supermarket I live to visit. Their staff is very helpful. Always have a smile to lead before helping you with anything. This is my personal neighborhood supermarket, seeing as I reside in Jersey.

Love the selection on fresh meats and seafood. Always nicely displayed.

I just moved to the state and its my first time shopping at giant. The store is clean and organized. I was able to find everything I needed. I head over to the beer and wine department Lamont S. was most knowledgeable about the store. He explained the benefits to sign up for a store card. He went above and beyond helping me with my purchase at the register. He was patient with my questions and rang up my order. Thank you lamont for your great customer service.

I do direct; it’s easier, there is one women (I forget her name I’m horribke with names) young black women… who is so happy and cheerful! This women is a great example as to the kinda employee needed! She needs to be rewarded for her awesome work she does!!

Had everything I needed and the cashiers were super nice. Nice and cold grocery store. Clean. Good job !!!🙂 we were visiting from H town.

The selection here is really good. The prices, I feel are fair. The store associates are helpful, and nice. We got a pumpkin for 5.99, but if you wanted 2 it's 10 dollars. We did the whole pumpkin patch experience last year, so we didn't need to spend so much on a pumpkin this year. All in all, I always like coming here to shop. It's convenient and I get what I need pretty much all the time.

Very good I needed help finding something and I asked a employee what aisle I could find it in he not only told me but showed me and got the item off the shelf ( which he had to get down on the floor to reach one way in the back ) and handed it to me.
The same visit had a problem at the checkout ( not having a good day 😂) However it was a pricing problem the head cashier came over and took care of it no problem.
Now I said I wasn't having a good day but this is unreal. After I paid and started out i glanced at my receipt as I always do and I don't know why but it jumped out at me that I didn't get my buy one get one free didn't register correct and it was a pricey item and just then I remembered why. I ( my fault ) hadn't remembered to give him my bonus card. I proceede to Customer Service Counter. When I told him the problem he said NO PROBLEM he just took care of it without a question.
I would say I had great customer service. I hope someone gets a little chuckle out of this because I am as I am typing it in. It was a bad day but could have been a lot worse without the service I got.

They usually have everything I need. Have to take advantage of sales with food prices rising. Sale leafleys are in the store. Big parking lot. Check out is usually fairly quick. I use automated checkout a lot. I always save my points for gas discounts. Gas is getting crazy high. The only thing I haven't seen in over a month is tubs of oatmeal raisin cookies. I like them, so please start making them again.

I love that Giant . It's close to home, the employees are great. They have a lot of products I like. The gas discount is good for me too!

Store is clean and organized. Management does a great job with making sure shelves are properly stocked and maintained. Staff is courteous and professional. Great sales on merchandise. Very pleasurable experience. Keep up the good work.

We ordered a half sheet cake for my sons first birthday and it was delicious and the decoration on top completely exceeded my expectations. All I asked for was snowflakes and trees and received a stunning wintry scene. I wish I could post a picture of it. I will definitely be ordering from there again.

Only shop here when visiting our daughter. But have had good experience when ever we are there. Clean and great selection .
