Devon did an amazing job helping me today! He worked fast and very professionally. For the time I was in the store it was only him and one other coworker and Devon was able to help at least four people and try to help the coworker while his coworker set a couple up with new phones! He definitely shows great talent.

Our experience was great! The first salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. There was an issue with the bill and when T-Mobile's phone support was no help we went back to the store and they quickly straightened it out to our satisfaction.

Good staff of people there they will work with you to make sure what you want will fit in with your budget. They go over current promotions going on.

Give Dee a raise. He’s great. He helped me clean my iPhone port so my charger would work. He’s very kind and hospitable. Very professional. I was very worried my phone broke but he helped me repair it. I’m very grateful to Dee. Management, give him a reward for his good work.

I switched to T-Mobile 2 years ago at this location & they were great people came back today to upgrade my phone and they have a new manager there I believe his name is Adam and he’s even better. He’s fast but still takes the time of that makes sense. Helped me lower my bill and I got home internet whxuh I had no idea T-Mobile does. Adam’s awesome and the young ladies there are so sweet. My absolute go to store period and I live in MT. Holly . I won’t go anywhere else.

I had such a wonderful experience at this t-mobile store. I have never seen such a wonderful costumer service. The sales representative, Maria, went above and beyond to make sure I got the phone and the plan that best fit my needs. She really went out of her way to assist me. The whole t-mobile team at this store is great.

Adam and Eduardo Alvarez went above and beyond the line of work and helped me set up all devices until satisfied. I’m talking screen protectors, hook Apple Watch with new iPhone... everything. Highly satisfied.

Nelly gives the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life, I would like to write him a check for $5000 that’s how good it was, very knowledgeable and great personality. When you go to lawnside ask for Nelly, I promise you won’t regret it.
