Came here to get some more convers for our Granddaughter Unique. She recently started liking these new ones. So we were happy 😊 to get them for her. Only wish we can get them on sale.

There is a very big selection of shoes at this place. Every time I walk in, my eyes dart back and fourth because I want to see everything all at once! Haha Its helpful if you know what shoe you’re looking for, otherwise, prepare to spend about half of an hour looking for just one specific pair because you just want them all. The clearance section is very clean and tidy, so it is very easy to find last seasons shoes for a great value with ease. If you need any help, the associates are always there to help and will guide you and narrow your search to find the perfect pair! Also, take advantage of the DSW app and it’s promotions and sign up for rewards. Because who doesn’t like to get money for shopping for shoes they love, right?

I was a bit disappointed in their selection. If I go for something specific, I always find it but this time I didn't. But I will still rate a 5 because the store was clean and workers friendly and were helpful and I love their cleaning system concerning shoes with covid in effect

I absolutely love this store I have scored a deal on black boots that were marked down to $ 7.98 & I definitely jumped on that deal & I brought a Betsy Johnson bowler bag on sale as well. My most recent purchase is a pair of rainbow tie dyed low top Chuck Taylors by Converse. They were $ 39.99 excellent price & again a great deal.

Well if you read this let me just say, your first time in sign up you get 20$ on your next purchase.This is one of shoe lovers places to get what you want on your feet. You're feet is on the move all day , dont they deserve to look good and be comfortable at the same time. They have a little of everything for everyone, flats, heels, sandals, boots, slippers, and ect. They have men and children as well. You also get points every purchase, and free shipping. If they dont have your shoe or size in store they will look it up in another store, or order them for you. I have so many shoes i haven't even opened some yet.

Great staff, clean store with plenty of inventory. If you're not familiar with the rows and rows of shoes, I don't know what to say to you. Although it is a self service place, associates are alway close by to render assistance.

My go to place for shoes now. I use to shop at Macy's and hated how long it took for a sales person to wait on me, get the shoe, bring it back to me and tell me they only had it in either a too big size or smaller size. No more because I wait on myself at DSW and if they don't have my size they order and ship it to my house for free. You can't beat that plus they have a great rewards program.

Been looking a few pair of shoes and this place had exactly what I was looking for. A young lady named Gabby helped me find the perfect shoes!

Spoke with two associates and a manager. All 3 were nice and helpful, manager gave me a clear answer for my question. Store was clean and well stocked. I'd return to this store

They always have a nice selection for formal dress shoes, with a great clearance discount, and usually sizes are in stock, or else they are incredibly helpful and will locate it at another store

My favorite shoe store. I always buy a couple pairs when I go there. My designers. The prices are very good. The salespeople are very polite.

Maybe make the men's regular section and clearance section a little bigger.
