Trevor Lowe and James Kendall are killing it. They were able to help 2 young ladies ahead of me with what seemed like a complicated problem with the utmost professionalism. They got the whole store to laugh at their jokes while taking care of business. It was a very friendly environment with them there and they went above and beyond with customer service. They helped me set up a phone very quickly and gave some good recommendations on how to further set up my phone for a better use. Best experience in any phone store in my life.

My husband and I will not go any of the other Cricket stores. The staff at the Cricket store on Kenosha and Aspen can't be beat. They are friendly and very helpful. The computer system was down when we went to upgrade our phones, but we stayed for about 20 minutes talking to James about the phone we wanted and questions about the add-it-up app. To help us out, James took our number so he could call us when the system was back up, so we wouldn't need to keep running over there for nothing. He to.d us where another store was, but we chose to wait,

I have been with Cricket since 2008 and have always been pleased with them. I have never encountered an unpleasant employee. They have always been courteous, knowledgeable and helplful. The store is neat and tidy. They offer competitive prices on all the latest phones and no contract! What more could you ask for?

As you know I do not give out five stars unless I receive really good service.Wish I would have gone to this one first. Made the mistake of going to the one off of New Orleans. Got totally ripped off. I went over to this one and it was a totally different atmosphere. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely recommend this to a friend or family member. If you want to not be taken advantage of. Also, very clean and neat. Plus it has a wide variety of phones and accessories. Want to also say thank you Shannon you made my day.

I had a wonderful experience returning and purchasing a new phone. Store Manager, Lindsey Downs, went above and beyond to help me return a phone that I was very unhappy with after having it about five days. She was not only patient, but so hands-on by taking the extra step to call another Cricket store to help get me to the correct location to return my phone, since it had to be at the same location I purchased it from. She also helped my husband and I change around our family plan to help with our budget, and she explained other options that Cricket has for future needs. She never hesitated to answer questions and help with my frustration. This young lady is the one to ask for and due to her, I will continue to be a Cricket customer!

I had been trying for 3 days to get my insurance information filled out to replace my current phone which I accidentally dropped in a bucket of antifreeze. I was very frustrated. Best customer service ever. Husband an I stopped by to pick up a new phone and the staff was very eager to help. We wanted a display in order to save a few and he went above an beyond to find him something he liked. Hooked us up with protectant for his phone and even put it on for us. Very knowledgeable and great service. Husband said he’d give em 10 stars if we could. Would totally recommend!

I have a really important question are you guys able to take off the thing on the side to put the sim card in? Samsung Galaxy A02s. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A02s a long time ago from Walmart. I'm planning on going to y'all's store once I get money to. I accidentally lost the pin to it and nothing else works. It is very hard for me and everyone else I know and it drives me crazy.

I had a new battery installed in my old cheap Timex wrist watch. 19.99. Worth the price. The man behind the counter was knowledgeable and helpful. I will return for any battery or light bulbs.
