Went in for a hand soap and they were on a great sale! So I stocked up. Also checked the app and found out I had two coupons to use so I got a free candle and a free hand cream. Staff was super helpful in helping me shop even though it was busy. They still made time to help me understand what the coupons could be used for and showed me which candles would work with the coupons. Helped me pick a scent I love. Great experience. I love shopping this location.

The young lady at the door was super helpful. She directed me to some new items. She had me sample a new fragrance, She happen to like. It was called Amethyst Wave. I bought some as well! She informed me of current sales. She helped me find the item I initially went in there for. A great experience!! Not pushy, Nor did she ignore you. Just the right amount of assistance.

Super friendly staff, always helpful. Never super crowded like the mall ships, except during the semi annual sale events. Always love the candles and soaps and the cute candle holders and other accessories. Fall stuff is always the best here!

I just love all the fragrant soaps and the Wall flower scents for the plug ins. They always have good sales on the hand soaps, the foaming ones are my favorite. Their line of Holiday scents is also wonderful. You should check them out at your local Bath & Body Works.
