Target

Target is definitely my go-to place for everything! The drive up option with Starbucks is the best! I also love the price matching policy, especially during the holidays as well as the price adjustments throughout the year. The online customer service is always so quick and easy and the in-store employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. This location always has a great selection and inventory too. I’m there way too much but I know I’m getting the best deal possible on what I need.

Helpful young lady helped me find what i needed but she did it with delight. She clearly enjoys helping people. That’s awesome. I give her 2 paws up.

At 73 years old, I am happy to say that I have been a Target shopper for many many years.
Usually, I buy cleaning supplies, shampoo, mousse, soap, antibacterial liquid soap, shampoo, glucerna, hydrogen peoxide, toothpastes, dental floss, clothes, shoes, ice cream, eggs, egg whites, soups, angel hair spaghetti, Ghirardelli Double Chocolate browni mix, frozen foods and so on.
During the Covid pandemic time and even after that, I noticed that there were not many workers to help in the store, and the shelves were somewhat empty too.
However, recently, when I visited the Target store, it seemed like they had hired more people to work now and they had more merchandize available too.
My recent shopping experience was remarkable, because when I was in the store, I met a young boy who was working diligently in the grocery section. He was eager to help me in locating some items.
I asked his name. I think he said that he was Alfredo. I hope I remembered his name correctly!

Target store by my house is a very clean and organized. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Love to shop the great quality of items they carry.

I like that there are no solicitors harassing customers to buy or donate. The store is clean, fast check out lanes, has what I need.

This is my local Target. I made a purchase online and went to pick it up at the store. It was pretty easy after I navigated the parking lot. I walked in and there was no line. I did have to wait a few minutes while she hunted down my order. (It was in two places and she had to make two trips.)

Loss prevention doesn't waste there time following me around because of the way I look. They might really be doing there job unlike other Targets. Very Clean, and Friendly staff.

It’s a very good store with very reasonable prices

Love the Target store at Irvine Blvd., Irvine due to the following reasons. At the height of the Pandemic, it’s the only store that strictly follow disinfecting their carts & the running board every after customers lining to pay & I felt safe & happy for that. They have varieties of nice goods like clothes, etc. & reasonable price. The only thing I find it a bit expensive of all things is the price of banana which is $0.25 for one😊.

Martin went above and beyond and carried our tv all the way to the far for us without a cart, what a great guy.

Great quality on everything they have and their prices very reasonable.

Love the variety of stores and parking...atmosphere and restaurants...

I had my very first experience this afternoon with Target pick up in store, and I have to say I was super satisfied with the process. I wasn't sure how easy it was going to be to place an order online, nor how long it would take to gather my items, take it to will call, how soon they would message me to pick up my items, etc.

I was not expecting the experience to be as easy as it was, nor for me to be as satisfied with it. You just hear so many horror stories about rude customer service, wrong products, etc.

I placed my order at about 10am, within an hour or less, I received a message that it was ready for pick up. I went into Target and went to Customer Service. I quickly started freaking out with the returns & exchanges line being so long.... but then I noticed the online pick up sign pointing to the opposite side of that line, and no one was in it!!!

There were 3 cashiers, and I was nervous about how they would proceed to attend me. Was I going to wait for the returns & exchanges line to be next? One of the cashiers wrapped up his transaction, went to the back, picked up his electronic pad and attended me. I verified my id with him and he quickly went to gather my items. Asked me to check them and once I did, he had me sign for my transaction. It was the best and easiest experience ever!

Now my only fear is, will other Targets keep up with that same service level and ease?

Thank you so much, Ali N (I don't remember his last name but I know it starts with the letter N). The checkout lines were so long today, and there were lot's of other customers with lot's of groceries in the lines that I was waiting. So Ali came up to me and asked if he could help us out in register #16, Which made me happy because of the long line and wait. This Target has the best customer service and the cashier was very friendly and also he was super fast and professional at his job, Although He was younger than other cashiers, He is tall and slim with black hair. He also told me that if I download the Target circle app I will receive some offers. On my way out I tried to find a manager to give him a positive review about his serivce but I couldn't find one. Target Irvine north if you are reading this Great job with hiring this young man with great communication skills.

The staff is amazing! My baby was stuck in the cart and the lady was so helpful and helped as much as she could! I don’t remember her name but she was blonde and the other was brunette
