Love Michael's always find something I didn't even know I wanted or needed. Love this kinds of stores. Very few people male one of a kind things anymore. But places like this make that possible. Thank you Michael's 😊

Now that I no longer work for #Michaels I have some things to say about this location. The company has no idea what an amazing core group of employees it has/had working there. A manager that I would have done whatever was needed for. An assistant manager (well, that position isn't really a thing for this store but they do that job plus everything) that worked harder than anyone. #Michaels needs to see how much love and support the staff have not only for each other BUT their customers. If you are visiting this location, please have patience. Retail is HARD especially when stores are short staffed or during the holidays. But know that what you don't see behind the scenes is a staff that is overworked, underpaid and just broken, trying to do the best they can with what they have.

If you are looking for items, materials, fabrics and the like for your creativity needs then Michael's is a place to go to have the atmosphere of your expressions to be seen and enjoyed. They have a plethora of choices within this location. Let those thoughts flow.

You can count on Michaels to have what you need for a project. i needed a specific piece of heavy cardstock. I was able to find what I needed without any assistance. The sections of the store are well organized.

I went to the Michaels location in Harriman with minutes to spare for a project that I needed to work on with my teen center. Although I cannot remember the name of the young lady who helped me, A cashier waiting at the front area walked me through the store to help me find the supplies that would best meet the material needs of my project. She was patient and friendly and I was in an out within 20 minutes! Great experience and I found my supplies!

I had to do some last minute Christmas shopping and to be honest I was dreading going into Michael's. The other stores I went to tonight were crazy! I assumed Michaels was going to be the same, I was proved wrong. The store was clean, well lit and very organized. The staff were on point, a sales associate named Jay was a doll! He helped me with a coupon and was so patient. It’s really nice to be proved wrong, thanks Michaels and Jay if you’re reading this - you rock!

Kind staff and huge department. Although it's kind of hard to find what you're looking for because of the way isles are labeled, the staff are always willing to help. Many sales too, so I could get my supplies for an affordable price!

Literally the NICEST group of employees at any retail store I've ever been to! Everyone was so helpful, and I was definitely a pain, asking multiple employees to look something up for me, and get something down off a shelf. Wish this was my local store because I would be there ALL the time!!

I love going to Michael's arts and crafts store. I enjoyed the very diverse items they have in there and I'm always interested in doing different kinds of arts and crafts projects. when I am looking for something I have never been disappointed when I go there and if I need help the staff is always willing to help.

Very good store, a must-go place for handmade and DIY small gifts, a wide range of varieties, and often discounts!

Enjoy shopping here. Needed some craft ideas to keep busy over winter break. Found some Valentine's Day 💕 decorations to make for the house. Oh! We also found some paint colors for our Pinewood Derby.

Chock a block full of all kinds of craft items. Find beading, sewing, knitting, crocheting and kids crafts. Enormous selection of scrapbook materials and excellent framing department. There's painting materials and clay. They have a wonderful of cake decorating items and fancy caligraphy supplies. There's also lots and lots of ribbon and one and two dollar items. I could spend days in this store dreaming up new things to do!

Good for a quick yarn purchase. You're not going to find high end wools and cashmere, but for the tried and true old reliables, this is the place to go.

Great location. I was specifically looking for Happy Planner items and they had everything I needed. The cashiers were very nice and the staff was helpful.

Best places to shoo for an at craft needs, jewerly accessories, party planning. Seasonal goods are a variety and convenient. Prices are awesome, staff is courteous

My mother is visiting from California . She found everything she needed , just as if she were at home ! She loves that about Michaels !
