Dollar General owners, managers, human resource do you look at these reviews?
We have lived in this area for many many years and use this store often. But lately it is just horrendous! What is going on!?
It’s dirty, floors never cleaned, I mean washed!!The carts are full in the isles. Blocking shelves, I had to squeeze in to reach something I wanted to buy. A lot of shelves are empty while the carts are full in the isles. There is no other store close by for quick purchases.
We have to drive 10 minutes just to get to this store and find out it is closed, with no explanation at all.
People want explanations. FIX THIS PROBLEM!!
Where are the managers, general manger etc.
Get busy and fix it!!

I just changed my rating from one to five stars because of how quickly Dollar General has come in and cleaned up this store. In less than a week they have transformed it from an overcrowded death trap to a clean, organized store. Thanks to everyone involved.

Thomas the new GM was amazing. He was friendly and helpful!! The store looks amazing compared to previous months. Please come in and see all that Thomas has done. If you have the chance ask for him a Congratulate him and leave a great review!! This man needs a raise!! They always have what you need, from smallest to largest. They have always had what I needed from last minute idea craft project to all tubs and organizers needed for larger home project. They have everything you need from food to cleansers. During Covid they still were always able to meet my families needs. Thank you Dollar General.

Great one stop store! Price are good and customer👍service great! I went there for ice tea and couple of items. The representing greeted me with smile & ask if i need help finding something and the check out service was fast😁and in less than a minutes wait time. Mind you... all this was done by the SAME 😲person- customer representative, 😁BILL, whom got it all in a tee! Excellenté!!!!💖🙏

Recently the store changed up their line set up for the better, still easy to find what you need, but much easier to find where the line ends, generally a busy store, but the staff their generally compensate for the busy hours by putting more people on registers, unlike some businesses out there.

Updated: They are doing so much better and the shop is NO WHERE NEAR as crowded with clutter.

My back was out along w/2 broken ribs trying to heal, "Paid it forward by putting all12 bags in my car. She was an employee but that was above and beyond. Thank you very much I appreciated the help. I needed it more so. Have a good shopper, Donna

I drive out of my way and pass the dollar General by my house to get to this one because it is always cleaner with nicer people compared to the one right by my house. It is definitely worth the extra couple miles to go there instead!

Friendly staff as well as good hours. They have a good variety of stuff available as well. A little low on the grocery side, but not bad for a small store.

I live close to a dollar general but i go out of my way to go to this DG, Love this DG & the Staff. This DG is my favorite store and they will always have me as their customer!!

Employees try to keep up with the putting away of stock. The building itself is to small. It's a shame they can't keep help. Area needs the store.
