This is a great Post Office that I purposely take a little extra time to drive to. I have been on multiple occasions, and everyone is always pleasant and helpful. Even when the line is long, it moves quickly. Highly recommend - doing a great job here!

All star staff from the person answering phones to the ones that bring your mail and packages. After heavy snow and a holiday, my sons feeding tube supplies were extremely delayed. Despite my frustration and panic during my initial call, they were patient and helpful when, in all honesty, I probably deserved to be hung up on. They and the carriers that day went well out of their way to help me and realized the severity of the situation.

I can't imagine how difficult their job is day to day, but they do it with kindness and respect for their customers, which is very uncommon these days. Shipping is cheaper here than any of the other options, usually only takes 3 days, and the service is phenomenal as well. Thanks to myself and my son again. You all are amazing people! ❤

Great experience at this location. Very clean and welcoming. There was a line but the agents there worked competently and kept things moving. Awesome Ashlee processed my three packages quickly. Definitely recommend.

I went there in the morning of Saturday and look like they are having short stuff badly. But once you get into counter they will help you with all your needed. Greatly appreciated.

I went to apply in person for a passport after scheduling online. I forgot my application at home and had to fill it out in person (they have them available there) they were very patient with me. I only waited a short amount of time past my appointment time and was treated with respect. The clerk did a great job of explaining the process and what to expect next. She also did a really nice job with the photo.

One can drop outgoing mail 24×7 inside, especially helpful when the outdoor dropbox is full to overflowing. You can also get stamps inside any time you're in need. Good services from an old stalwart!

I have always had great customer service here but this week they went above and beyond. I ordered a dress for my daughters dance and the store said it would be here that friday (dance was saturday). Very long story short FedEx was supposed to transfer it to USPS for final delivery) but changed delivery date to Monday even though it was in Indy. They told me I'd have to go through my post office to pick it up. I ended up having to call this branch directly, 3 times, and got right through to a person each time. The first gentleman advised me exactly what to do once the tracker showed they had received it. Once they had it I called back and the woman found out where it was at and told me she would pull it and get it to my carrier to get it out that day (Friday) she even offered to call me back if she had any issues. The final time I called because the tracker said they tried to deliver it but since our apt office was closed they couldn't. I called the post office and another woman called the carrier and told him to bring it to me before he left the area. We got the dress in time and they saved the day! Thanks!!!

P.S. to everyone complaining about hold times on the phone, never call the 800 number! Look up their actual location number on the usps website. You'll thank me later!

I had live bees shipped here and they were poorly packaged by the company that shipped them. One of your employees had personal experience with bees and helped make sure they were kept warm and safe for me to pick up.

This is one of the best post office in the southern district of Indiana. They have every thing you need to post and ship international and national. The are locally accurate about. All services. Especially, very narrative and helpful. Their service was the best on passports processing.

Many bad reviews it seems, but i had a good experience. All 7 employees at the counters on the monday afternoon were friendly and efficient getting through the customer line. Same on a Saturday, very quick with the line. Jeanika and Renita are both very helpfull. My 2nd visit I have to raise it to 5 stars. Always surprisingly helpful. Thank you!

You people should be blaming the Feds for kissing corporate azz and understaffing post offices. So many post offices have been closed and this is the last one left in the area. But just wait, if u think its bad now, because more cuts are coming.

My postal carrier is a pretty dope guy and the woman who takes over on weekends is awesome as well, it's unfortunate that politicians have to destroy what should be a great American institution.

They take my letters and deliver them to the addressees where I want them to go. They bring me letters and packages. All for a reasonable price.
The postal folks are always helpful and friendly.

Used kiosk off hours to purchase stamps. Very convenient for my schedule

Printed my shipping labels from home, walked up to the counter and dropped them off. Its not rocket science... hilarious how many people have no idea what they're doing and stand in line for hours. Lol

they bring me my mail to my door for me and always say hi to me

Renita was very pleasant. The others at the desk seemed to be assisting quickly and with professionalism.

I mail a lot of packages for online sales.
If you print your own labels for packaging then you are in and out fast.
