Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

The staff at this location were working very hard to get through the lunch rush. The food was good and the prices were acceptable. I like that there are alternatives to fries on the combo menu.

Never been to a Braum's before - the cashier was very kind and offered suggestions, never made me feel rushed as I perused the menu - which is a lot for just a "fast food" spot. The freshest and crunchiest onions on a fast food burger I think I've ever had. Was visiting out of state and sad there isn't one in my home town.

So far so good. I'm not really a fan of their burgers but I do like the chicken strip dinner with gravy and a roll.

Service has been good the two times I've been since they opened.

This Braum’s is one of the newest in Wichita. When I checked out the bathrooms—noticed they were clean unlike other locations.

People come here to socialize during the summertime especially. Great place young people can hang which has a family atmosphere. There is a full store here as well. Come if you are in the area.

I had gone through the drive-thru a few times. I ordered bacon as an extra on my burger these three times and didn't get it. I went through today and requested bacon on my burger. When she handed me my food, I told her I wanted to check my burger before I drove off. Sure enough, no bacon. Managers, teach your employees to read the order. Food is generally great at Braum's but they aren't reading the orders.
Edit: Their breakfast menu is awesome! They give you a better quality product at a lower price point than the other drive-thru places. 👍👍

No braums near me. But loved the experience. Great staff, very affordable, clean restaurant and bathrooms. Double scoop hot fudge sundae

Although the place can get busy, I have always had great service. Great neighborhood place to go for ice cream, and the food is good as well. Plus, it has a convenient little market (great for when you run out of milk and don't want to deal with a supermarket!).

This place is a must stop. We were in town for high school trap shooting. We came across this place at 10:40 pm. Once there I realized they were closing when we came in. They served us and never said a word. Thanks for the good ice cream and sorry we held up the crew working

The food is good, but every store I have visited is a little slow. That means made to order. :). The only thing I don't like is that they DO NOT today their buns.

My first time here. They were EXTREMELY busy. Inside, and out. Some of the staff didn't show up, so they were short handed, but those who were there did an EXCELLENT job of getting it done. I was impressed. Great job of still getting business handled, and in a timely manner.

French fries have always been fresh, less salt next time, but great when it's hot and ready instead of warm

I really like Braums but this time they made me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a Hamburger. I don't eat red meat so it was a bad experience this time. But they were extremely busy and I understand getting my order wrong.
But they corrected it with no problems 😊

Counter service friendly. Chicken tenders freshly prepared as were fries. Clean store.

Great new establishment! Everything you know and love about Braum's (good food, awesome ice cream, convenient little grocery store with the best milk in town) in a spotless new store with excellent management. Love it!
