We always go to Macy's in the mall. They have a lot of stuff. They have a ton of toys now that Toys r Us is a part of it and they have a whole bunch of little girl and little boy clothes, men's clothes, women's clothes, tons of shoes and then they also have the clearance section on the second floor all the way back. We go there and check it out every time we go to see if there's anything new. They also have furniture

My mom and I had lots of fun at Macy’s today. It was a Sunday, so they were fully staffed. Their Christmas decor and ambience was very pleasant.

My mom and I were shopping all day and accidentally left a Full bag of expensive lingerie on the floor in the toy department while shopping for my nephew. We were Frantic when we got home and realised it was missing! 😳 We called around to several shops and had no luck. Then we started trying to reach someone (in any dept) in Macy’s! We finally reached Stephanie Ledbetter in cosmetics who offered to take my number because it was her First Day there and she wasn’t completely sure how to put me on hold while she went to look. I told her I’d wait. She promptly returned within 3 minutes!!!! “ I GOT IT!!” 😃🥰 Thank you to whoever hired her! And may she be promoted soon! Great customer service!💗💗

Haven't been here in a while, but it looked updated and clean. Inventory levels were low, but that makes business sense.

I wish they would stop asking about the credit card but besides that.... Good store. I visited the Macy's backstage. I prefer backstage to the test of the store. Good deals.

Great prices on men’s jeans.

I recently visited Macy's to find a gift for my girlfriend, and I was overwhelmed by the number of perfume options available. I had no idea what I was looking for, but fortunately, the sales associate was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

She asked me some questions about my girlfriend's preferences and offered some recommendations based on her answers. She was patient and attentive, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase.

With her help, I was able to select the perfect perfume for my girlfriend, and I'm happy to report that she loves it! It's exactly what she wanted, and I couldn't have done it without the help of the sales associate.

Overall, my experience at Macy's was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the store was clean and well-organized. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service
