Really he did. I have never had a bad experience at Old Navy but I’ve never had one grade enough to make me write a review so I grab the item off a rack this at a certain price when I got to the cashier it was a different price, so Ray walked with me to where I pick the shirts up And we checked the price together. He HONORED the price. I honestly thought he was gonna say”I’m sorry they were in the wrong place”
Now I love it here and will be back.

Love old Navy they always have what I am looking for a cheap price and always so many deals.I got these items for great prices.

Prior to todays experience I didn’t have a good one. But I came in today to return something. STEPHEN was so kind!!!! He was the only one up front but there wasn’t a huge line. He kept it cool and calm. So helpful. Amazing customer service.

I am making a real steal with all the Old Navy reward points that my mom has accumulated. She used them to buy me an excellent pair of work pants and a retro video arcade t-shirt. Furthermore, Steven was an excellent cashier who deserves a raise.

The prices are amazing, especially for the quality. I can find enough variety to get multiple outfits for my son. I wish they had plus size in store for me. The service is good too. Even on busy weekends like tax free, they kept the lines moving.

I love Old Navy's sales. They are a clean store with great customer service. They have men, women's, children and toddlers and maternity clothes for that expecting Mom. They sell clothes, pajamas, coats, hats, shoes, gloves and plenty of eye catching gadgets up by the registers. I can't wait to til they have their Christmas deals. They always save me money!

When they have good deals, it is the place to be! I also like getting free cash with my rewards program

$6 Fleece hoodies.....of course I got 4 of them.

They've got some awesome selection of clothing and even thought the girl was a little sassy at the front desk she was nice as well. They helped me locate another old navy to get the rest of the clothes I wanted and kept them on hold for me.

I love this Old Navy!! There's Employee's are so nice to me every single time I go in there!! So if you haven't shopped this old navy or any for that matter stop on by and check them out out..!!!

Shopping is so easy with some shops, this is one of them. I ordered a tank for the forth online, picked it up within 1.5 hours ( that's when I checked email). Awesome. Thank you

Absolutely love this store!!! I love the prices, I love the clothes, I love the sales. The only the I wish were different we're the dressing rooms. Other than that, it's my store!

This is the only place we've been able to find decent clothes to fit my son really well. We will definitely be coming back for winter clothes!

Pretty cool place right here. Got some clothes, because there's like, a large selection of clothes and a lot of other miscellaneous items you can purchase with your bi-weekly income.

I have the old navy card so the rewards are awesome. I saved 30.$ today off of my order

The staff was very helpful, way beyond the normal. They basically stayed with though several different departments.

Very busy, Old Navy had emoyees needed, they were friendly and helpful.

My wife loves this store. always finds great deals

Wish they had more of a teen boy section. They were very limited for my son's age.
