Broke my foot and needed a bit and then had to return for a knee scooter. Mystic was an amazing help! She took the time to make sure I understood how to use the equipment until I was comfortable. Highly highly recommend!

When I was having trouble getting my doctor's office to communicate clearly with Delta, Mystic stepped in and saved the day. She took charge and is far more than the receptionist, she's a resolution provider.

Mystic was amazing I just wanted to hug her. We are out of towners and my husbands nose piece to his cpap fell off when packing so he didn't have one. I called and spoke to Mystic and told her the issue she responded so professionally and with heart. They are by prescription only but because of the extreme issue we where having she sold me one. I almost cried. These people are amazing. Thank you

My 4 year old broke big leg on a Sunday, come Monday nobody had children wheelchairs….as a last hope we contacted delta medical. Let me just say the customer service was AMAZING!!! they helped with our insurance and payment arrangements. Not only did they do all of that but got my son in a wheelchair the same day and played around with him in the lobby with it. These folks are down right family oriented and will get the job done!!! I would recommend them to anybody and everybody!!!!!

I have had several opportunities to be served by Delta Medical Supply. I have always found them prompt and professional. The office staff are skilled in insurance matters and scheduling. My respiratory therapist, Melissa Appleton is kind, knowledgeable, professional and generous. It’s a pleasure to leave this review.

Delta Medical in Rogers, AR is the best move we made for medical supplies.The entire staff is friendly,, courteous, efficient, they are there to help with your needs and professional. We purchased a portable oxygen machine from them a couple years ago and it needed a little tweaking. The convenience of being able to drop it off for in store repair was great! Service was fast and efficient. With Delta you can’t go wrong. Thank you to the entire staff. If you’re Looking for a new medical supply store, we highly recommend them.
