It's About Rocks

My boyfriend and I went into Its About Rocks during our weekend trip to Hot Springs and I was very impressed by their customer service! They weren’t pushy or bothersome but were very responsive. Erika helped me shop for two rings that I fell in love with and she was so great and helpful! The staff was very nice and friendly, and we will definitely be going back!

They have some of the most beautiful things. From lamps to shot glasses to bellybutton rings. Cheyenne was the girl that checked us out an helped us while we was there. Was very friendly, polite an knew what she was talking about about. Also pet friendly.

Such a fun shop and there’s literally something for everyone- not just rocks! there’s even Yellowstone t-shirts from the awesome hit show to cute plushies, knives, and Turkish lamps. It’s a great place to find a unique gift for someone and you will most likely find yourself something too.

The atmosphere of this place is so grounding and so peaceful. They have the best selection of stones I have ever seen! The staff is extremely kind. Everything is extremely lovely! Don’t miss this one! It’s the best shop on Central.

What a fun shop with a wide selection of fantastic rocks and gemstones. Everything is well labeled and it’s fun to browse even when the shop is crowded. Helpful staff! Hard to find rocks and one of a kind items!

I loved visiting this store! There are so many options of crystals, and not just getting a stone. Lots of jewelry, clothes and home items stone related. I would definitely go back next time I’m in the area

This place is awesome! We bought several different items and they were very careful with wrapping them for us, as we had mentioned we were traveling. We had a lot of questions and the employees were super helpful and offered up so much information! We love coming to this store!

I am planning a visit in the near future to Hot Springs and was researching places I’d like to go to. I called and spoke with Alexis as this store caught my attention. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, enjoyable and enthusiastic to talk with. I know this will be on my list of places to go out of sheer pleasure!

We visited the store looking for a variety of “rocks” for my daughters school project. Alexis and Erika went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. They were very knowledgeable and quite passionate in their effort to assist us. Thanks to both of them for all they did to help.
