Very helpful and knowledgeable workers. Great customer service. Arrived at closing time not knowing exactly what kind of ink cartridge I needed for my printer but was helped and allowed to shop without feeling rushed.

My printer broke and I needed to print off a page from my jump drive, right as they were closing for the day, so I asked the salesman at the door where I might go nearby to print? He told me it was okay for me to come in, that it was no problem. Steve is this man's name and he is the real, old fashioned, friendly, honest, gentleman that you can trust with all of your office needs. He walked me through the "self printing" because I prefer a live human being helping me. He even asked for my name and said he hoped to see me again if I needed any help. I thanked him and told him I would be back to buy a new printer soon. I really hadn't shopped at Office Depot much before, but I will now. He didnt have to stay open 5 more minutes for me, but he did. He deserves a raise for his outstanding customer service. If you need any office supplies, go by the 14th and Lewis Office Depot and find Steve. He'll help you and you'll be in good hands!

Same with the guys at the print shop and register. Probably the best experience at an OD I’ve had ever. Thank you.

With customer service like this, I will be returning more frequently. Simply, phenomenal staff. They work in your budget, and ensure you get a great deal that will last. (My last printer was almost 6yrs old and finally kicked the bucket.) This was the same location I bought my last printer. Their printers last a long time well beyond other competitors! If you need a printer (or anything office related) you should go here first!

The general manager Steve went above and beyond to get the right printer; going so far as to retrieve it from another store. This in the face of restricted supply chain makes the 15th and Lewis store pretty special.

Today I purchased 2 P-touch refill cartridges and when I got to the register the clerk told me that there was a price match guarantee. It was if I bought online. He honored that and saved me 40%. I was very impressed.

Torin provides, by far, the best customer service I have ever encountered. She is smart, friendly, professional, patient and completely dedicated to pleasing her customer.

The staff was extremely helpful! There was a young lady that greeting me as soon as I walked in the store, provided excellent customer service and directed me to the section where the TUL refills are located. She is definitely a natural leader that instills emotional intelligence.

I just had a really good experience at Office Depot 12/30/22 at 5:30pm. I made a return and the manager (beard) looked up some of my information that I was not able to provide. It looks like my printer will have to be repaired. Great customer service from the time I walked in to my encounter with the manager. Thank you.

Organized and well labeled store. Always well stocked with whatever you need.
I will say it would be nice if they sold poly mailers here - especially in multi packages for people who ship things
Also - they don’t really do the ink cartridge trade in
Overall staff is helpful when you have questions
There are no employees in the aisles to assist you, but there will always be at least one person standing at the register.
Prices are a little high, but that’s what you get when most stuff is available online.
They have a rewards program but you won’t be saving much or getting many rewards at all.
Computer and tech repair available on site, however I’ve never used them at this location so I don’t know how good they are

Office Depot has an outstanding staff. The manager is outstanding.The photo department is above average. They have a wide range of office products. The customer service is excellent.

Love the 15th and Lewis store! Great customer service and I always find what I'm looking for! Side note: If you haven't tried the TUL brand of pens, you need to! The .7 gel is my favorite pen! Worth checking out! (I don't have any affiliation with TUL, I just love their pens)

Office Depot has the best customer service by far. I really like the rewards and their order online then pick up in the store is great. No hassle at all. They communicate when the order is ready (usually within 20 minutes or less) and you just pick it up! That's service!

Had a very helpful employee at Office Depot. Christina's customer service was awesome. She even informed me of a free service they offer of which I took advantage of while I was there. She dropped what she was doing to help me and I really appreciated everything. I definitely recommend Office Depot for shipping, laminating and office supplies.

Tarin and Hadyn provided exceptional service as they helped me for nearly two hours print a book. We had to reformat several times, but they were so knowledgeable, positive, attentive, and helpful. Highly recommend!

I was able to ask employee to help me find my printer ink I have been to four different places I was having trouble finding it and it was a very common printer i was getting very frustrated. not only did he find it , he also gave me a $10 discount and was so fast. it was a Pleasant experience and it save me a lot of time and stress because I was about to give up!
