CVS

I couldn't contact the store so i decided to post here. I went into CVS today extremely frustrated because I'd been to 2 stores to find a particular product. I was very rude to employee Rod when he told me they didn't stock it. Instead of losing his cool he remained calm, then escorted me to the pharmacy counter to confirm what he had already told me. Despite my attitude he remained encouraging and blew my apologies off because 'he understood' which brought me close to tears. Thank you Rod, i appreciate your kindness and i apologize again.

Update! Changing my review because it seems that the chime is no longer there and shopping here is a much better experience! Thank you!

Leaving this one star in hopes that management will see it and implement a change. When you walk in the first thing that "greets" you is an earsplitting chime that gives me a headache every time. For this simple reason alone I will always go to Walgreens instead. I suggest removing the chime or replacing it with something with much lower volume. Thanks for reading!

I love this CVS. It’s my favorite one! They are always very sweet and helpful and the manager who is usually there when I’m shopping has been awesome about helping me when I have questions about coupons and extra care! She’s more patient that she probably has to be cause I’m sure I get annoying! Lol but I’ve managed to save so much money thanks to her! And I was there recently when the store was robbed at gun point and the staff handled the situation very well. Although they were all very shook up and upset obviously they still continued to help the customers. I wish I could have done something to help them and calm them down at that moment because I know the feeling having worked for Walmart for so many years. So good job to this cvs and their associates! They are amazing! And I’m sure I’ll see you all sometime today! Lol

After the other big pharmacy told me they couldn’t give me a vaccine because they were too busy even though I had an appointment, I came here hoping they could take me as a walk-in. They did. Jenny was incredibly accommodating and friendly and I am grateful.

Just wanted to recognize some outstanding customer service today. First, a bit of an embarrassing situation... I ripped my suit pants on the way to a job interview... on the zipper seam. I called the store to see if they sold safety pins. Not only did they quickly answer my question, but the cashier even pulled a few options from the shelf and had them ready at the register when I arrived. From looking at my receipt, I believe her name was Pandi. Thanks for making my day a little better!

Josh in pharmacy rocks! the staff greats you as you come in the store & are extremely helpful..I've been going here since it opened & I've had nothing but positive things to say... thank you Josh & pharmacy team you all are great!

It was a great place for a quick pick up something. It's always clean and the employees are so friendly and helpful.
