AT&T Store

Ramon was patient with me when setting up our account. He explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had. Even hearing him with the customer before us, brought me comfort in knowing he would take care of us. We got two new phones and watches and left more knowledgeable about our products than we were when we arrived. Definitely request him if you happen to visit this store. Superior customer service that you can’t find anymore!

I was dreading having to go into a store, but was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I received. The particular associate named Ramon helped me with my phone upgrade, as well as helping me review my account. He did an outstanding job explaining everything to me and helping me with my new phone. He is an amazing associate!

Angelica Perez was incredible yesterday! I was there for almost 2 hours trying to find out why my phone randomly lost service. She called service techs and we were on the phone with them for a long time but she was patient and did everything she could to get my phone fixed. I had to leave with it still not fixed, but she scheduled an appointment for me to come in today (9/16). I didn't have to come into the store because she called the service techs this morning and got the problem fixed before my appointment! She called me and everything works great now. I am thankful I had her assistance there. She is wonderful!

Had a great experience at this location. My SIM card was messing up and Jay fixed it in minutes! While we were there we also upgraded my husbands business phone. Jay was a big help and took care of us quickly. This will be our go-to location from now on!

I have used this AT&T store for years and my representative that I deal with is Anjelica. She has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She is personable and friendly. She absolutely knows what she is doing and always looks out for a way to save me money while still getting the best service. I would recommend this store and her in particular to anyone!!

I went in to this location last night to look at a new phone. Mine broke completely and after putting it off for 7 years, I had to cave and buy a new one. I knew I wanted an iPhone, but I’m technologically illiterate. I had no idea which one I wanted or why one is better than the other. Jay helped me and answered the questions that I didn’t even know I needed to ask. He let me take my time and didn’t make me feel “less than” for being unsure or questioning my decisions. I ended up getting the 13pro max. He helped me set my new phone up, told me about the cases, put a screen protector on and went the extra mile to explain charges and anything else I could think of. I can’t speak highly enough of Jay. He did an absolutely amazing job. A couple years prior I went in to the same location to look at phones and had a horrible experience. I left with my old phone, completely frustrated and close to tears. I only bring that up to further explain why I was so appreciative of the service I received yesterday evening. The whole team was friendly and professional. Thanks for the great interaction and wonderful customer service. I’ll be sure to recommend your location.

Ordering and trade in we’re easy. Came faster than promised. Assisted in the transfer and completed all changes with me. Handled final trade-in paperwork. Each step was quick and zi am very satisfied.
