The UPS Store

Every single time I go into the East Falmouth UPS store, i get friendly, prompt service. The line moves quickly, if there even is a line. It's not a "chore" for me to have to go to the UPS store.

I have only good things to say about this staff. Sarah and Misty are quick to offer help and are the go-to people. Andrew is always helpful. They’re a terrific staff!

I often go here, usually to return something from Amazon that didn't meet expectations. This store is great! Great staff, great services. And, in the case of Amazon returns, they put it on Amazon's tab, not mine! Way to go...

Grate store, grateowner, and grate customer servicez!!! I be takin all my boxes and ish there they be handlin it wit da quicknezz!!

they have a wonderful selection of paper red paper, blue paper, green paper, yellow paper, purple paper, pink paper, small sheets, big sheets, thin paper, thick paper, card stock.

the rather recent adding of the wireless internet service (also known as "the wifi") to the store is a very welcome addition allowing people to use their cellular devices with wireless Internet capabilities and laptop computers.

the overall welcoming interior of this fine establishment also adds to my overall score of 5 stars the color scheme using light cream type colors is just wondrously delightful and will make you want to stay and chat with the friendly and extensively knowledgeable staff

they also have these spectacular little maps of cape cod that list all sorts of great little shops all around falmouth and mashpee I highly suggest you take 2 everytime you visit this shop of wonders which hopefully is every day of the week for atleast 2hours and 43 minutes and three quarters and a half a half a half a milisecond of a minute

The people there are great, friendly and knowledgable. Much rather go here than the post office. Much better service!

Store employees not helpful or friendly

Horrible experience. Lost my package and when I tried to get them to help locate it they informed me that they are not UPS , they are a separate 3rd party. When I pressed further the store clerk hung up the phone. Use this "service" at your own peril.

Not given a return receipt when product was dropped off, then was told when I called as my return process never happened, they don't give receipt when you drop off an item for return. 🤦

The worst USP store I have been too. They won't accept free return from amazon. They will charge you some kind of money.
