AT&T Store

I was greeted professionally as I walked through the doorway. The associates determined my needs very efficiently. Michael then rearranged my plan to give me better service at present and gave me the knowledge to better position phone service at a future date via a trade-in. I am very satisfied with AT&T’s customer service.

I was very pleased with the professional customer service I received from this AT&T location on University in Round Rock. I purchased an IPHONE and am so happy with the service from Marcus! I also got good service from Tesla and more information for the near future on their Apple Watches. Because I’m from a different generation, I’m not technically good at electronics. But this store was so positive and patient which made for a very good experience! Highly recommend!

Came in for an upgrade and Marcus was able to help me merge my accounts and was super patient and gave great customer service. Definitely recommend him for any of your AT&T needs! Love my new phone!

Went in to inquire about upgrading my phone and Jon went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He answered my every question and provided key insights on devices and accessories to help me find the perfect fit. In the end, i left with exactly what i wanted and needed. He did such a good job making me aware of promotions going on and let me decide to take advantage of them rather than forcing me into something I would regret later. I highly recommend coming here

Okay, Let’s start with all I needed was to get my screen protector replaced on my cell phone and the entire transaction went great I was treated so well by Matthew. He was great showing me other products and fixed my screen real quickly. I needed help checking on my watch orders and Lisa was so knowledgeable and helpful. They both took great care of me. Matthew has a great personality and their customer service support made my experience five star!

My father has recently passed away and we are trying to get my mother's name on all of the accounts in addition to a problem with her TV not working. I specifically sent her to this AT&T store because they always have excellent customer service. Since my mother does not have a smart phone, this was a bit of a process and the folks helping her out (Gabe and Ekiaka [I am terribly sorry that I am likely not spelling his name correctly] would talk to me on the phone or text me to get codes sent to my email. Not only did they make the process easy, they went out to my mom's house right after the account set up to look into the possibility of the TV issue being a DirectTV problem (it was not). My mom called me with funny stories and told me how much she liked these gentlemen who helped her and we were so relieved that she had a good experience. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help her!

I walked in in hopes of information about the microsoft surface pro. A woman came and greeted me within 2 secs of walking in the door. She was amazing and very helpful. Very friendly. The type of person who gave great vibes. Her name was Alexa. I will come back to this specific store based on how she treated me as a customer and helped me. She was beyond honest when answering my questions. Gave me plenty of options since the store did not carry what i was interested in. She would be the ONLY reason I go back and purchase something from in store rather than online.

I absolutely love the AT&T store on University Blvd. in Round Rock. I have been going there for years and the staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable regarding plan changes and phone upgrades. I would like to give the highest recommendation to Jesse Marquez who helped me on my last visit, both on the phone 2 times and in person in the store. I had problems with a bill that I needed help resolving as well as needing to do an upgrade on 2 of our phones. I went in with a list of several questions and Jesse was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with each question/issue. He truly went above and beyond both one the phone and in person. He even got his manager Stephen involved to help resolve my billing problem. I was supposed to call AT&T about a phone cancellation, but Jesse went ahead and called them while I was at the store and helped me get the line cancelled and to asked if I could receive a credit for a mistake that had been made. I had questions about cases and screen protectors and he went through different options with me and found some in the store that were on sale, which saved me a great deal of money. Any sales reps could have been frustrated with all the different issues I had, but Jesse really seemed like he just wanted to help and that is exactly what he did. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion. I will continue to only go to this store for all my needs rather than online or any other place because of staff like him who provide excellent customer service.

My relationship with with ATT was rocky, but has improved. Dakota H helped me as soon as he was able and was very pleasant, respectable, and extremely helpful with the business I had this evening. This kind of employee should be a model for others. Confidently the most pleasant experience I have had with ATT in years and it was refreshing. Great work guys. See y'all soon.
