Visiting from out of town and decided to stop In and browse in case we needed a new vape and ended picking up some cool stuff here. Absolutely loved it. Plus the vibe was chill and welcoming and the service was great. According to the receipt (I don’t remember her name) but the cashier was Petropoulos, and she was great and answered our questions! Very friendly!

I went in the store today and needed to get some pods. I ended up buying much more. No regrets here. The service I received from B. was extra ordinary. He told me so many things about the products, I could try it out and he gave me a nice discount. There are many smoke shop in my neighborhood, but I keep going back to Sky Castle. I'm sure glad I found Sky Castle. After being ripped off by a different smoke shop in the neighborhood, Sky Castle has regained my trust and earned my loyal patronage. The guy behind the counter cut me a deal because I was on a budget and I really appreciate it. I will def be back the next time my cat pushes my bowl piece off the counter

Literally the best vape shop I have been to in this area. Not only are the staff very knowledgeable about their products, but Alex let me know about other issues with my previous mods that could be prevented in the future and took the time to actually get me the best products for my specifications and desire. They have a killer rewards program for returning patrons and such a cool little spot! Love this place and I will be coming back for sure!

When I first moved to this area I went to every vape shop around here but settled on this one because they have a HUGE selection of e-juice, mods, batteries, charges and other accessories. Prices are great and they always have sales, promotions and specials, plus a very useful rewards program. Recently I bought a squank mod there, my first of this kind, and Alex (this very humble supermodel looking girl) to the extra time to help me set up the coils and cotton as I’ve never done it before, she was really great explaining the whole process, all the people that work there are courteous and very knowledgeable..A while after getting this mod I had an issue with the bottle in it (not their fault) and they quickly replaced the whole mod no questions asked..Great customer service, that’s how you create customer loyalty, and even during this pandemic they are still taking care of their customers through quick deliveries and via mail..I will not visit another vape shop as long as these guys are around...Definitely Recommend

Came thru because my brand new drag was leaking. They didn’t hesitate to replace it with 2 new pods and 2 new coils. Customer service impeccable. I thought they were gonna say I broke it and no refund etc. but no they were great.

I highly recommend this store. The store was stocked with a full range of items. The owner was especially kind and knowledgeable. He treated me with respect and without judgement. In addition, the prices were reasonable and the store was clean, neat, and organized.

Now the only shop I go to because the employees are so nice and fun, the shop looks really cool and they don't sell expired juice!! Love the Dragonball stuff too, super cool.
