Great service from the store manager. I was new to the Nintendo Switch world (quick story I had won one out of a key master arcade game.) and he helped my family and I out on what we needed for it.

The ppl here are helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Wonderful customer service today! My son's switch stopped working last night and thankfully they were able to trade it in for a new one with the warranty I purchased. Awesome knowledgeable employees who were just as excited to help my son as my son was to get a new switch

Ordered an item for same day delivery yesterday. Today, I get updates saying my order has been dispatched. Then, at 11 AM I get a message that it's being canceled and refunded. Because the store is closed. At 11 AM. Customer service had zero idea what they were talking about, saying it was canceled because the store was closed (it was already out for delivery, and no, the store wasn't closed at 11 AM), and yes, it was available to reorder. No, it's not. This was literally the one thing my son *really* wanted for Christmas. Not the first issue I've had with Game Stop but I have definitely learned my lesson about them this time.

Update: customer service called me back and fixed the issue by replacing my order with adjusted pricing & free overnight shipping. I am extremely satisfied with the resolution, I just know not to deal with the online chat in the future.

Good people at this location spent several hours there trying to resolve an issue and they spent the time on the phone with the company themselves talking with them and fixed the issue im very pleased with the customer service and professional help they provided thanks Moses and Manny great job.
