Red Roof Inn Dalton

Pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and no room smells. Staff at front desk was very friendly. Will stay again.

I came in bawling my eyes out over not finding a place to stay anywhere and luckily the lady at the front desk was super super nice and friendly. Not sure what her name was but she was very understanding and genuinely wanted to help out. Also, if you like cats we saw 3 different strays wandering around while we were there for the night which was nice :)

I was driving from FL to IL, it was late and I was exhausted. I stopped hoping they had a room. A wonderful lady greeted me with the sweetest smile. Got me to a room and it was nice room and clean. The ceiling of bathroom was a bit damaged but it was a very clean place.

Both the day and night managers in the front office are terrific, very friendly people. This hotel is very clean, I love the laminate flooring in the rooms because it keeps the rooms cleaner. There is not one fault to be found in the bedrooms or the bathroom.The cleaning staff does an exceptional job on their part.

Front desk staff was very friendly, lobby was neat and well taken care of. Room was very clean when I walked in (rm#109). No bugs, no mold, no complaints. Yes some of the furniture is not brand new but still in good shape. Bed looked and felt brand new. Decent size mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and a slew of other furniture. Bathroom was neat and tidy with clean linen's. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area. A+++++

Stayed one night on our drive home. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The beds had 2 pillows one hard and one soft which I thought was a great idea. The beds were a bit hard for me but I like super soft beds. Overall a great place to stay.

Awesome staff. The person at the front desk was extremely accommodating. She went above and beyond to be helpful when we wanted to be able to check in as soon as possible. The rooms were clean, and had many amenities, although small. They are a little dated, but well furnished. Perhaps, that's why they seem small, with the bureau, desk, fridge, microwave, three chairs, nightstand... Overall, I would definitely stay again on our next trip

Booked one night but ended up staying for two. Front desk staff on check in and check out were both very friendly. Room was clean. There is some construction going on towards the back of the hotel It's not hotel-related construction - it's at a nearby property - but was still very *slightly* noisy. Beyond that, everything was great. Would definitely come back again if passing through the Dalton area.

This experience started out good because they let me bring my dog and my cat. The room was clean AC heating unit work perfectly had a little frigerator and all the other amenities, when we travel man the wife and our dog and cat we will be using them again had a great time enjoy this day

Clean room, friendly staff, priced right....can't ask for anything more. I came to this location and I live in Chattanooga, I needed a place to stay while my permanent place is being completed. I tried places in chattanooga, I was terribly disappointed in my town. This is one time for sure where it is worth the drive to Dalton to do better.

The staff was very friendly and the lady at the front desk was very nice the entire time. We ended up staying 2 nights instead of 1 and they were more than accommodating with everything. Even had a personal issue come up when we were checking out and she could
see I was very upset and told me it would be ok and asked if I was ok. That means more than anything else, honestly. I would recommend every time you’re passing through Dalton and need somewhere to
stay for a night or 2.

This was my best hotel experience in my life. I've traveled and stayed in 2-4 hotels a year for 20+ years and this was one of the few I'd give positive praise. I like that there wasn't carpet and hard floors, heatlamp in showering area, working fridge and microwave in the room, and all lights worked in the room. The heater/ac worked well and even added USB pluggs for phone charging. The breakfast was great! Only room for improvement would be to extend hours of breakfast because we checked in at 2:30AM and was difficult to get breakfast by 9AM. I got up early and basically brought back items to people in room because they couldn't wake that early.

I dropped my spare carkey in the lot and a customer turned it in. Melinda in the office was so nice to offer to return my key to my new home in Florida. I have stayed at this location at least 7 times in the past 5 years and it's wonderful! Thanks Melinda.

Nice clean spot, stayed multiple times. housekeeping comes around faithfully and does a good job. Plenty of restaurants in the locale .. great front office staff as well

Nice clean room. The pillows, covers and bed where comfortable. Built in USB ports for charging. The air was fresh. No stale old carpet smells. Mini pot for coffee. Contiental breakfast. What more could you ask for? I mint on your pillow and someone to turn back the covers, then tuck you in?

Decent, clean rooms, good AC and grab n go breakfast. Just the place we needed @2AM (after the competition (Tr@vel0dge) sold our reserved room to someone else and tried to tell us we cancelled an hr before arrival).

The room was super clean.... staff was friendly....I travel with my Golden Retrievers and love Red Roof Inn for their pet policy...they put me in back where the parking lot is large and not busy and there is a nice grassy area to walk them around.
Totally will stay again!

Love my red roof inns & this one didn't disappoint. Perfect location, friendly staff, truck parking, great room(cold AC & great tv). Definitely will stay next time thru here 🌞🐕🚛

Great place to stay. Love the floors. No nasty carpets here!! Very comfortable bed. We are looking forward to staying there again when we head back home.

Pet-friendly and accommodated us in the wee hours of the morning without hesitation (3:30am). No pet fees nor ANY hassle with my 3 dogs. Reasonable price and clean rooms.
