Wanna give a big shout out to Jonathan the DM and their business manager !! Both gentlemen went above and beyond on 9-25-2023 . Best customer service I have ever experienced in a Verizon store . Thank you so much for all your help through all the trouble both gentleman went through yesterday trying get our serviced fixed . Highly recommend this location.

Great customer service from all employees I interacted with. Knowledgeable staff were able to answer any and all questions with ease. Very happy with the phone and the plan they helped us choose.

Kaysie helped me get a new phone and a iPad at a great price. Also got me cases and screen protectors for reasonable costs. She seem like she actually enjoyed her job which is rare these days. Whoever gave her the position she has made the right choice. I’ll definitely refer people to this store from here on out. She even asked about my hearing. Who knew Verizon sold hearing aids? I took a free hearing test and my hearing was great but the experience is what counted. 10/10 recommend this store.

Went in to get an upgrade and Kaysie was so great I came back the next day to upgrade my wife’s. Was honest and gave me a good deal. She has great customer service and will recommend to everyone

Came in for a technical issue and Kaysie let me know I was able to upgrade my phone and gave me a great deal including my case and protection on my phone. Set my phone up for me and all was so nice during the process. She was alone and multitasked with customers in a way that didn’t make me feel pushed aside or forgotten about. Will 100% recommend her going forward. I will never visit another Verizon

We went into the Verizon store today with the intention of finally being heard - and quite frankly to terminate our account if necessary due to terrible customer service. We walked in and, to our surprise, we were greeted with the most helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff our local Verizon store has had in years! Jordan and Taylor singlehandedly changed our entire out look on a company that our family has been with for several years back to a positive one that we can be proud to be apart of once again. Quite frankly the difference between the customer service we’ve received in the past and what we experienced today is night and day! I am so glad these two have taken over our local store! They deserve a raise!

I wanted to upgrade my phone a few weeks ago but I was very indecisive. Eliel helped me select a phone that fits my needs and went with an iPhone 13. I recommend him and this store!

We came in to complain about our current bill and our ridiculous overages! Jordan and Taylor as well were great at listening and helping me change over to unlimited and I got an X-r for less than I was paying for my iPhone 7 monthly!!!!! I’m extremely happy with Verizon overall and I will follow this manager and Taylor anywhere! I appreciate the great service so much!!!! Highly recommend.

Went to upgrade Friday 5/5/2017 but called before I went and Tyler told me they closed at 7:00 but would wait on me. He even called his manager Carlos to come and help because we had so many upgrades. They both went above and beyond in helping us and stayed until almost 10:00. Highly recommend this store. Thank you both for such professional help.

This place is amazing! Best Verizon store ever! They met my needs and even found my desired phone at a neighbor store and got it here same day! Chad was able to develop an amazing team and still keep customer satification #1. If you ever make a switch, this store makes it easy!
