Great experience. All the staff was wonderful. Room was very nice. Even one of the ladys named Hannah left a note in the room after it was cleaned, which was very clean

Nice place, have stayed here before but quit after the new owners stopped taking pets. Didn't have my pet any longer so we stayed there. Clean and nice.

These rooms were lovely. Plenty of room if it's a small family staying, or a few friends. Everything is a little dated, but they make up for that by being very kind people.

Very nice place - well situated and easy to find everything. Big elevators and nice decor - comfy beds and pillows, quiet. Only drawback was trying to use tv without any instructions and coffee was undrinkable. Starbucks nearby. Lots of amenities but didn't have time to use them.

The rooms were very clean. A simple design. The breakfast was ok. I wish they had sausage and eggs. The waffle and syrup tasted good. I enjoyed the small swimming pool.

The Dalton, GA, Country Inn & Suites is an awesome hotel..... clean, quiet & comfortable! I enjoyed the close proximity to a variety of restaurants, from fast food to "sit down" meals. The staff members I interacted with at the hotel were very friendly, and the room was spacious and provided an awesome night of sleep. I will gladly book again when back in this area! :-)

I like the attention is so helpful, the beads are confortable, clean and so quiet the place. The breakfast is basic but is good, if you want to eat more you have a lot of restaurants near the hotel. The location is great.

Very nice hotel! I loved being greeted with a homey environment. It was clean, well maintained, and the staff was very helpful. My little guy enjoyed the indoor pool, and the fact that it was open until midnight. The beds were super comfy! We enjoyed our evening here.

This hotel was very accommodating for last minute booking as we traveled as a family of 14 from Michigan to Georgia for a funeral. Very hospitable and caring. We received excellent service and the staff was very friendly, even taking the time to engage in personal conversation, which you just don't get some places.

The hotel is very nice in appearance, the lobby is nice and the rooms were very clean. The bathroom was somewhat upscale. Breakfast was decently good. It had oatmeal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, premade omelets, bagels, bananas, muffins, yogurt, milk and more. The hotel seemed quiet. I noticed the pool was indoor and seemed nice. There was an exercise room being used. Overall it was a great experience. The only odd thing was that the desk staff seemed to always be outside smoking or on a phone, but it wasn't an issue really.

Room was large enough, and it smelled and looked clean. Breakfast was pretty good, my kids loved making fresh waffles. However,, the staff takes it from 4 to 5 stars, they were very friendly and helpful, wish every place I stayed had the same level of service.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice rooms, indoor pool is in a temp. controlled room. Employees were very kind, helpful, and prompt. My room was nice, clean, and everything I expected. Breakfast was delicious, the front desk employees went out of their way to make sure my experience was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly, we had an issue with a neighboring hotel and ended up at the Country Inn. I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the room. It smelled great and was very clean. You cannot beat the price of this hotel, plus the amenities included a gym, heated pool, business center, free breakfast. We paid just over $200 for 2 nights on a holiday weekend.

I double checked what I paid after seeing the room because I couldn't believe how big and nice it was! A great way to spend our last night on the road, hanging out on the couch watching TV with my kiddos before heading to bed in the bedroom! We stayed here 2 years ago and the room was musty and old. This is a huge turn around after their renovation! I cant say enough good things about this hotel! Hope the breakfast is decent too!

I was reading reviews on lodging from Chattanooga to Dalton and this one seemed like it had the best all around reviews at a great price. I certainly was not disappointed. It was even better than I expected. Extremely clean and updated rooms. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Check in and out was easy. Great size room and Good design, friendly people. Not much hot breakfast items to choose from. Would stay here again.

Clean room. Very friendly staff. No bugs. Shower was warm and very relaxing. Most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Only downside was the paint in the tub was falling off so there was a big grey spot on the bottom of the tub.

We (family of 5) stayed for 2 days to attend a funeral and staff were very accomadating for an early check in as we were traveling from Florida. Very helpful and friendly staff. Hot breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Definitely recommend this hotel for any future trips.

The room we stayed in was very nice & clean, very modern looking, especially the bathroom sink with marble like countertops. The sofa pulled out to a double bed in its own room with its own TV & each room had a closet. There was also a microwave & nice sized refrigerator. My only complaint would be that the carpet felt sticky & one of the USB adapters on the night stand was broken.
