Adam deserves an atta-boy award for service above and beyond standard. I was working on a print, scan, forward task that had me vexed. Adam helped me complete my assignment. He was confident and reassuring during the process. I never had a doubt the job would get done right.

The female manager that helped me with my laptop was great. I am giving her a perfect score. She could have said come back another day when the IT person is here because now, we are short staffed. But she didn't. She told me to wait 10 minutes while she was finishing a project. After that she took about 40 minutes of her own time solving my laptop problem.
She could have said this is not my job - this is IT's job. My job is managing the store.
I am a very happy camper because she figured it out through trial and error.
The clerk also helped me buy three items at the store. He made sure that the items I am buying will connect to my laptop. He also tried to find the lowest price for me.
The two employees are well-trained, competent, caring and helpful. This is my go-to store when I need computer supplies.

Several times have had challenging projects to print and set in a frame. David, the store manager goes out of his way to make sure done efficiently and perfectly. I have also had laminated bookmarks done and completed perfect by staff. I am so grateful for their service and professionalism.

Got a poster printed for a last minute deadline and they ensured I had it on time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

After using an online printer, I received business cards that were printed wrong. I admit it could have been how I viewed the proof, but understanding it was difficult. Not having much time, I went to Office Depot and actually talked to a real person. The Rep guided me through the process and I was able to get my cards that day. Also, the great thing about this was I was able to see the proof and touch the type of paper used before it was printed. This is the type of service I want and need. It's good to know that as a customer I can talk to a person. Unfortunately, much of this type of service is lost in this day and time.

We needed a desk and had been looking all over. We ended up going to Office Depot right before they were closing and the employees were amazing. They helped us pick a desk, got it loaded up for us, and even called the other store to secure the piece we needed that wasn’t in stock there. This was the single most smoothest and stress free purchase I’ve had for as far back as I can remember. This will definitely be my go-to location from now on.

I've been coming here for many years and I've never seen it so neat and organized! Makes shopping much easier so thank you. Angela helps me almost everytime I'm there and goes above and beyond for my needs. The print department also produces beautiful work!

On a whole, I like shopping in person here. I don't shop on line. Most of the time workers are very helpful and answer questions. I even bought my last laptop there. Couldn't beat the price anywhere for this specific laptop used for business. Very helpful.

The store manager and two assistants gave me a lot of time and patience to help create two 24x36 laminated posters on foam background. They used their computer skills very well. I am not very computer savvy. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Omg they saved my life. My first time learning to send a package return to a company and I was being sent to so many post office and had to buy a box of my own and printing label. A guy there were so nice and directed me to someone else. The other person was super patient with me and was super helpful. Like for sure saved my life and I ended up sending package from there and everything.

I had a project I was working on for the Wisconsin Supreme Court Race. Home Depot had exactly what I needed and the customer service staff was helping and saved me some money by encouraging me to sign up for the rewards program.
