I went into this store yesterday, like I have many times before, and I was 100% satisfied with my customer service. I live an hour away from this store and choose this one in particular. The one and only, Tara Morris is the consultant I go through for anything related to my phone plan. Her customer service is absolutely excellent. She is patient, fast and all around a great person to work with! Thank you, Tara, for helping me yesterday! :)

We actually had a great experience today with Angel Oquendo. We purchased our first smartphone and wanted to get our feet wet before we get another one. Angel was very knowledgeable and treated us with much respect. He spoke on our level and not over our heads. He was very patient. The lobby was full of customers but we never felt rushed. I would highly recommend the Lake Mills location and more specifically Angel!

Great service each & every time we need assistance! As long as I’m with US Cellular this will be my location of choice. Was assisted by Dallas today & I couldn’t be more pleased - he was knowledgeable, helpful & worked quickly. Keep up the good work!
