Mid-State Equipment - Watertown

I have bought two new mowers from Midstate Watertown. I also take in my mowers for the service deals they offer. Sales and Service really do a great job and they stand behind their work and products. They take pride in their jobs and they really do care. Thank you everyone at Midstate Watertown!

Have dealt with Don in sales a couple times. Very laid back guy and seemed genuine about his work. Have purchased a 44" snow blower and accessories. Will definetly be back for a zero turn in the next few years. Local to the area. Not a paid endorsement. Just a blue collar guy that needs good service and received it.

I brought in my mower with a deck problem. Service Manager, Travis, came out to check the situation, and , to my surprise, said he could take it right in. The repair man was equally as efficient and did a great job. I traveled to Watertown because of excellent service in the past, and I was once again very pleased with it. Thanks!

I don't with are you young man name Martin he was unbelievably professional the entire company really reeks of professionalism and people who care and are there to service your needs I can't recommend them any higher I drove from about a 180 miles away to make my purchase extremely happy. I shopped around extensively these guys or about 20% less than other dealers

Excellent customer service. I needed a kit for my lawn mower they didn't have in stock. They called another location and got me my kit in an hour. I haven't received that kind of service from any other local store.

Went there to rent sod cutter the system said it was Red flagged and it was not able to be rented they went the extra distance and actually looked into it deeper and discovered it was just not check back in from the last rental most places would have just taken the systems word and sent you on your way with nothing they did not went the extra distance even waiting for me upon Return of the cutter when I was 15 minutes late and they're already closed they did not charge me kudos to them by the way they are the only people in town that have a sod cutter to rent they're Lifesavers at the very least back savers

I have had nothing but great service from mid state I have had multiple large bobcat fixes done at the shop and have always been happy with the work, honest caring people who always have my best interest in mind.

I've always had a great experience at Mid-State especially with the service department! They do great quality work! Very kind, caring and trustworthy people!

Had a job interview there and it was I'd say the best interview from any company. Everyone was nice and straight to the point on understanding, plus it's a good business to buy your equipment from and get it serviced there.

Would like Mid State to know that Travis Staude has done an outstanding job for the Sunshine Stock Farms. His knowledge and service is commendable.

They were very nice and even helped me load my rental.
