McDonald's

I went through the drive-through on my way home from work and stopped by for breakfast. The lady was very nice and friendly with a big smile, wishing me a great day and giving me my #9 it was fresh and hot. Great job.

Best McDonald's that I've been to in a long time. Hot food, fast courteous service.

Most of us like to splurge on some fast food, so why not bring your dog and get a pup cup! It makes them happy and content while you munch on your food without dog stares, 🤣🤣. It also creates good interactions between the customer's and McDonald's workers. Seems like this world is changing with a lot of negativity. Little by little, we can turn that around to positively. Enjoy your day.

The morning crew is always the sweetest and they make the BEST iced coffees. Customer service is a very difficult job, and I commend you for dealing with what comes at you guys every day. Keep those heads high... and those iced coffee's bold =)

Newly renovated. Very clean and modern. The playplace is in a separate room from the rest of the restaurant, which is great for diners that enjoy peace and quiet and parents who want to keep their children corraled. We love that there is a unisex single stall bathroom in the playplace room. No worry about sending a child off across the restaurant alone or trying to coax children out of the play structure to travel to the bathroom as a group.
The staff were so nice and the kids loved their happy meals that now come with both an extra small fry and apple slices.

Girl at the drive through was polite and efficient. Order was prepared quickly, and the food quality was great. Honestly this is the best McDonald's I've ever had in Wisconsin! It would be worth the hour drive from Milwaukee just to eat from here again.

This location is corporate owned and therefore their prices are about a buck cheaper than franchise locations. Every time I come services prompt, the staff actually know what they're doing and the food is decent quality. I'll even come here instead of going to the Johnson Creek location simply because it's corporate owned. A+

90% because of (who I assume is) the manager here. She’s always friendly when handing you your food and when something got messed up, she was super amazing and quickly resolved the issue. This woman deserves more than whatever she’s being paid. Fast food workers are severely under appreciated. The food service industry is no joke and people like to sh*t on them - so the fact that she continues to have such a great demeanor in spite of all of this, is definitely commendable.

I don’t normally review McDonalds locations, but this particular location is probably the best I’ve ever been to! We stopped here on a road trip today around 11:30am, and the food was significantly more fresh and hot than it ever has been at the McDonalds near our home in Waukesha. It was impressive as we don’t normally expect much from a McDonalds. The service was great and fast, the woman working at the cashier window made conversation with us, but the drive-thru line still moved super fast (which was great, as we were on a time crunch stopping for lunch on our trip). Thanks for a great experience!

Drive through on lunch. Double drive through kept things moving. Got my food quick enough. It was done well. Job well done.

Maybe this is a bother to some, but I want to thank them for watching out for my financial secure. I mad a purchase and then had to make another purchase, so their computer told them I had just used the same card and to verify that I hadn't lost the card and someone else was trying to use it. It was a simple check and greatly appreciated. The people were very nice and the service fast.

I eat at McDonalds rarely, but this location did a great job with our huge group of people going on a canoe trip. We usually warn them that group is coming, it could be 60-over 100 people and they handle it so well. Still getting breakfast out timely hot and with a good attitude.

Best McDonald's I have been to in years. Food was good and hot. Daryl was the friendliest, most enthusiastic individual I have ever encountered in a drive thru. He should be training all McDonald's employees. Way to go Daryl and team! You have a repeat customer. Corporate headquarters: take notice of your team in Lake Mills.

Clean McDonalds. Well run. Used app. Walked in to food walking up too. $14.50 worth of food for $5.99 using app and deals running. Good times :)

Despite the negative reviews, this McDonald's is quite nice. From the cashier to the managers, everyone had a smile on their face. Not to mention, the store was kept clean and the atmosphere was great! This McDonald's truly out did my expectations. Great job!

We loved the play place! The food was fresh and hot.

Hot. Bacon. Egg. Cheese. Biscuit. Slathered with ketchup. Washed down with a Dr. Pepper. My favorite comfort food when my tummy can't handle anything else. And, now, I can get it all day long!

Nice, clean facility. Have not tried to order on the touchscreen yet. Plenty of parking. Easy access drive thru. Children's indoor play area. A short drive to the Lake Mills City Park and a picnic bench overlooking Rock Lake.
