With lot variety of shoes and brands, these stores were able to satisfy all public. Women, homes and children.

I was happily surprised that they had options of wide width boots, I rarely find boots that fit my feet & calfs! Then my husband needed some light weight steel toe shoes and they had some alloy ones available along with a variety of steel toe shoes and boots. We both got what we wanted, plus for a great price with the sales!

I walked into the Kennesaw Shoe Carnival store and was greeted by a gentleman that I imagine might have been the manager. That made me feel pretty good! Then a nice lady who I think her name is Gloria, greeted me and offered to help. I really didn’t need help but what an awesome experience I had with her once I got to the checkout area. She was so warm, friendly and had the sweetest smile. She was receptive, helpful and full of joy and of course, I walked out feeling great!
Shoe Carnival in Kennesaw has an jewel in their midst. Please clone her because I will not patronize another shoe store because of her.

I was having difficulty finding the right pair of shoes that looked nice and comfort. I would be standing for long periods of time, the staff was very nice, understanding and had enough knowledge of feet and shoes to get me the perfect pair and the price was a bonus!! The help I received that day was incredible, not going to say 'every' store was like my experience, I cannot attest, but that day I give them 10++!!!

I was in town for a wedding and realized the night we got here I had left my dress shoes in Kansas City. This was the third place I searched but should have been the first. Not only did they actually have men's 13W dress shoes, they actually had a selection of them on the shelf. I am used to having to order my size online or settle for something. I was pleasantly surprised to find they stocked men's dress shoes in Wide sizes up to 14, and that selection saved my forgetful bacon. Staff was helpful and friendly too despite me being "that guy" who was sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open on a Sunday morning and walked in at 11:01a.m.

I had extremely short notice that I needed a brown pair of no slip shoes today. After a stressful evening of trying to find some, I ended up last at this shoe carnival. As soon as I entered the door I was greeting wonderfully by Mike. He had excellent costumer service and was very helpful. He even informed me after years of wearing a size 8 that I’m a size 8 1/2. I hope that everyone that shops here gets to experience the amazing costumer service skills that Mike provides.

I had a great experience, that staff is attentive and ready to help. For example, as I was trying to get and item that was high on the shelf, and a staff member, Omari, was ready to assist. I was also greeted as I entered and asked if I needed any help from two staff memebers. I love the customer service and I’m happy to come back and check on the awesome deals.

Excellent customer service. At least the employees will acknowledge your existence as soon as you step foot in the door. They have good prices and attitudes to match. See that’s what I’m talking about. I always like coming here when I do. I hope it stays this way.

Got the shoes I was looking for at a gr8 price

I went to 4 other shoe stores looking for a certain type of shoe. I called shoe carnival and they had what I want in stock and at a affordable price. The workers were nice and easy going

I must say, I rarely go out this way, but i needed some shoes for a wedding. I went to a couple of places like DSW, Rack Room Shoes...they didn't have anything. Then I tried Shoe Carnival. Oh my God, the store is really organized, well managed place of business. 🥰👩🏽‍🦰 and there's a young guy i think his name he said was Devin or David. He was very polite, and you can tell he's mastered customer service. He checked on me and my daughters a few times, made us laugh. Felt like we were at a family gathering. I highly recommend this location. Great deals too.

The sales clerks are always very helpful, I love the selections that are offered, and you can always find a good sale going on here. They have a rewards program as well, and that is added value, for me, as I have small children, and buy a number of pairs of shoes every year.

Marie is the BEST!!! I took my girls to go buy shoes tonight. Marie was so helpful. Most the time when I go in shoe stores they don't even hardly speak unless they are greeting. But Marie asked if we need anything, helped us find Crocs and she checked on us several times. She was so sweet and helpful. She checked us out and made sure we had what we needed. She is a perfect example of excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. Thank you Marie at the Barrett Pkwy location. You are wonderful at your job!!!

Great customer service I was able to buy 3 pairs of shoes which is great for me. With me wearing a size 14 wide it is always hard for me to get anything that I like because it is not in my size. Today I am happy with the help and customer service!!!

Helpful workout being overbearing. Knowledgeable. Cheaper than Rack Room for the exact same shoe! And staff helped me find a coupon to save even more. Spent $15 less than I would have at rack room.

Great selection at unbeatable prices. They always seem to be running the ‘buy one, get a second pair half off’ sale. Or you can also spin the wheel to get money off your purchase. I shop here for myself and my son.

Shoe carnival always has a great assortment of shoes at better prices. You can save more by buying 2 pairs of shoes as well. The employees are very nice and ask if I would like help, its nice to not have to look for them like in some stores where associates are absent.
